This condo was so much more than we expected! The elevator and trash schute are just outside the condo's front door. It was just steps from the pool and beach, with two umbrellas and four chairs set up each day for us. I do have a couple of suggestions though...I would recommend bunk beds where the upstairs sofa-bed is. That particular sofa-bed was very uncomfortable. Also, although the barstools are nice, they are really too low to sit at the counter to eat, unless you have very long torso's:-) Other than that, I have only very good things to say!! Our family had a delightful time at your lovely condo and made great memories. We hope to stay there again and will certainly recommend it to others. P.S. The hand mixer did not work, but we mixed the birthday cake ingredients with your blender and the cake turned out just fine:-)

The condo was only minimally clean and the furniture was old, worn and uncomfortable. The second floor a/C did not work properly and the service tech needed to come out 3 times during the week to attempt to keep the a/C working (which we could as long as we kept resetting the circuit breaker that kept tripping). Each time the a/C tech came out, he advised us that the unit was very old, no longer operating at its capacity, and should have been replaced earlier. It was obvious that the owners of this condo have not maintained it to the proper and acceptable standards for a rental unit.

The service was friendly and hospitable to the entire family. I have to say the home was different from stay in Florida several years ago. The location was priceless "every" family member enjoyed from beginning to end. They actually hated to leave. What we like best in this order: Beach, pool, the nearby mall, rental grounds, food areas, and just be in Florida. We plan to use this rental site again and again..this year.
Thanks Mainsail for such a wonderful and memorable stay.

We had an enjoyable stay without any major issues. Mainsail 137 is on the 3rd floor so requires elevators or steps, neither of which was a significant inconvenience. Pool is right down the stairs, sometimes crowded but was never excessively crowded as I've read on previous reviews. Beach is a short walk. Getting into the condo complex can be a little annoying because of the way the turn/light is set up so we often ended up turning left out of the Mainsail complex, then turning right down a connector to get to the major thoroughfare. Unit 137 itself was roomy with plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. Minor issues were squeaky ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom and sliding doors to balcony very hard to open. Would have no hesitation staying there again.

We had good time staying in this property, we had enough room and kitchen were very accessible.Few minor issues though, very very small pool. It was crowded all the time. Cannot stay more than 30 minutes, to give way to others (because of the size). We were assigned with 1 beach umbrella and two chairs, we were 12 adults (staying in 4 bedroom apartment), anyway we had extra ones so could adjust. We were expecting atleast 4 to 6 chairs and couple of umbrellas. But the place was very safe, they even had quite hour after 10pm and that was family friendly
