Best: Good room with a distant view of the ocean, kitchenette, and decent bathroom. Excellent location within walking distance to the beach. Very nice pool. Also, very easy check-in!
Least: TV in the room is dated/small and did not get great reception on some channels, location to restaurants, Tram wait times. -

We had a great time at Luau 6825 in Sandestin. It is a great studio with plenty of room. Great pool with ocean view and a five minute walk to the beach. The property is very clean and family friendly. It was more than we expected and booking with Have Travel Memories was as easy as it gets.

Making a reservation was a breeze, excellent customer service! The room was very comfortable, like home. It had a kitchenette, with small refrigerator, toaster, microwave, silverware, plates, glasses, stemware, coffee cups and coffe maker. Bathroom was enormous, with generous tub/shower space, they even provided the shower soap. Also soap for the sinks and dishwashing liquid. Towels were very soft and smelled great. Bed was very comfy, as were the sheets. Sitting area was generous as well and nice TV/DVD player in armoir. Closet had ironing board/iron, 2 beach chairs & beach umbrella. Couch also made into a small bed for children with extra blankets/sheets in the chest. View from the balcony was excellent, you could see the beach and the area surrounding. I would definitely come back!

Our trip to Florida was perfect. Staying in 6825 Luau II couldn't have been any better. The room has a beautiful view and was very clean. It was also in a perfect location. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The resort is very beautiful. All the people at Have Travel Memories are patient and helpful. I want to stay here every time I go!! I tell all my friends and family to stay there too! Thanks!

First, Tiffany with Have Travel Memories was wonderful, efficient, friendly and competent. Second, the Luau II 6825 was great. It was the perfect size and price for the two of us. Nicely decorated and furnished, great view, nice location. Easy access to the beach, an leisurely bicycle ride to Baytowne Wharf, a very nice freeform pool with waterfall - the entire complex is clean, new, well kept and beautifully landscaped. We can't wait to come back!
