Something we all crave on vacation is comfort and our own space to relax. This Beach Villa at Hidden Dunes Beach and Tennis Resort offers you just that! Four spacious rooms each with charming decor, their own private bathroom and plenty of room to unwind.
The master bedroom opens up to the screened and furnished wrap-around porch. Moreover, it also features a huge bathroom with a spa bathtub big enough for the whole family and a walk-in shower with double shower heads. This property has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

Service from the realtor was excellent, but we were a little disappointed in the unit itself. We have stayed at Hidden Dunes many times, and this unit was not really up to par. We cook many of our own meals, and we typically spend a lot of time in the unit during the day. The appliances in this unit are pretty old, almost classic even, and some need repairs. The wicker furniture is not very comfortable, but the patio furniture is good. Decoration is sparse and dated. The driveway is shorter than the other villas, so you only have one dedicated parking space. Sleeping space for 8 adults was a real plus, so we would still consider the unit a good value for the money. But we would probably spend a little more next time to get a unit with better features.

Washer and dyer need repair. Two of the single mattresses need replacing. Ice dispenser in the refrigerator does not work. Living area furniture is not very comfortable. Poor WiFi reception. Location was great and master bedroom was great. We loved the porch.
