Overall our stay in this condo was comfortable, and the kitchen and bath rooms were equipped with the appropriate necessities. We really enjoyed the fact that this condo faces the beach and its location being very close to the Whales Tale and 98. However, in comparison to other Seascape condos (Ariel Dunes and Golf Villas) where we have stayed in years past, we would not select Majestic 610a condo again. Before elaborating, I must say our expectations regarding cleanliness and general maintenance are always high, and we were disappointed with both. In the bathrooms the towels smelled sour, so we had to wash all of them prior to use. The bath mats were dirty and felt sticky to the bottoms of our feet. The carpeting in both bedrooms was also dirty and sticky to touch. In the kitchen, the stream of water in the faucet was minimal. We also found the disposal to be leaking which looked to be an ongoing problem when we noticed a large bowl placed underneath to catch the water. The knobs on the kitchen cabinets were very loose, and some were literally hanging. We actually had to put one knob back on and tighten the rest to keep them from falling off. The cabinet doors were edged with white duct tape. On a good note, it wouldn't take much to improve upon the cleanliness and maintenance, and I would certainly recommend ripping out all carpet. Also, when we called for service to fix the plumbing in the kitchen, they were very prompt in their response and repaired immediately.

We would come back again, made us want to live there. Condo was clean,and it felt like home. the view from the terrace was gorgeous. waking up to the ocean waves cracking against the shore was mesmerizing. I recommend this place to everyone.

Had a great vacation! Was great that we could bring our pom with us, balcony was a little small compared to usual, but it had a good view! was clean and easy to check in, when your on vacation that is very important!

I had the most wonerful time and the decor was beautiful. The realtors were especially wonderful I also stayed last year in November for two weeks and they were wonderful.I know I could not have had better custoner service that I had.The food was awesome. The ground were beautiful and the pools and hot tubs were very clean.
