This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

Great place to stay! Nothing fancy, but comfy and clean. The appliances were a little outdated, but worked fine. Comfy couches and nice flat screens. About a block away from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Would definetely stay here again.

We stayed here in May 2011.. for the price we got I was happy. The only thing that upset us is that the pool that we looked out at was out of service and we had a child with us , that didn't understnd why he couldn't go in. I really liked the welcome package I received from Newman -Daily when we arrived, lots of great coupons etcc.. We were walking distance from the beach and this condo was very clean but Refridgerator & washer/ dryer were very outdated. I would use Newman-Daily again..

Nice accommodations, great ND service, plenty of room and a memorable experience. For the price a real bargain as well. Short walk to the beach but the exercise did us all good. Chairs on the beach were a nice touch too.
