We did stay at this rental for Memorial Day and was pretty nice. When home we realized that we forgot some clothing behind inside the washer so i emailed the rental agent a week ago and i got no answer. I guess they got their money and can care less afterwards.Another problem we had was the beach seats and umbrella whoever manages that service has a organizing problem. In the morning lines where formed around 10-10:30 so those guys would allocate umbrellas on the beach so sometimes we had to wait 20-30 min.No I will not go back and I still wait for that agent email.

Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay. As far as your laundry is concerned, we will certainly do everything we can to track down your clothing and return to you safely.
As far as your concern with beach service, I do apologize for the wait and inconvenience, and do understand your frustration. While we can make sure the issue is addressed, beach service is done compleletely independent of Southern Vacation Rentals, and thus we have no control over the management of that aspect of your vacation. Again, I apologize but unfortuantely can not control the management of their team.

Southern Resorts never disappoints. Always professional and information available about rental amenities such as codes for pool, beach&, wifi. Great location, nice pools , easy access to beach.
Condo decor is a little dated, but we were aware of the at time of rental via pictures on website. Condo was missing toilette plunger which we purchased at the Dollar store. Two of the dining chairs need to be replaced due to missing leg supports.
We had a great time travelling with for adults and two children. -

We were pleased with the unit with the exception of a few amenities that snowbirds would like as opposed to summer renters. Throw rugs on the tile floors including the bathrooms would have been nice. A few more pans and cooking utinsels are needed. The dining room chairs need to be repaired or replaced. Other than those few items our stay was very nice and the condo was exceptionally clean and cherry.

The location was great as was the resort area itself. However there are a few things that could easily be done to improve the condo. First a better showerhead would cost less than $50. A chaise lounge of some sort would be nice on the balcony. A better iron would help when you have packed and you end up with wrinkled clothes. And finally the third bedroom was less than expected. It would be great for small kids, but we had teenagers. Also the tv only played dvds.
But overall it was acceptable. Personally, when I come back I would prefer to stay at Crystal View again. -

Great proximity to the beach and the pool. Loved having 2 chairs already waiting on us at the beach and not having to carry so much. The condo was clean and beautiful. We're coming back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very accommodating and service was great. Would have liked some throw rugs in the kitchen and long hallway to eliminate having to mop everyday.
