My family had a very enjoyable experience during our 4th annual visit to Destin during Spring Break. The location of Maravilla is perfect -- close to our favority happy hour on the beach place, Pompano Joe's -- and within walking distance to kid-friendly places like alvin's for ice cream. The fact that we could see/smell/hear the ocean from #2104 was the icing on the cake. We loved the floor-level unit, becuase it was very easily accessible when we needed to duck in for lunch during our beach stay. And the kids could play right outside our door. Southern Vacation Rentals made the entire process from booking to check-out so convenient!! We didn't have to make a special stop to a rental agency location to pick up packets, keys, etc. We would definitely book through them next year.
Ps The only "nit" is that the shower curtain in the small bathroom smelled like mildew. But definitley not a deal breaker. -

Our family had a amazing time at the Miravilla. It was perfect we could not of pick a better place to stay in Destin. Thank you for your amenties. We felt we were safe and were in a clean place. I appreciated the fact that we receive a phone call on what was required on check out. We realy enjoyed the beach chairs and the umberilla set up, what nice surpise. I like this one for the confortable beds and kichen supplies. The location was perfect for walking to restarants and the beach and even the way when you leave you could go out the back and get right on the main road. Thank you again for the great vaction. We will try you again!

Our stay in Maravilla 2104 was everything we hoped and more! The unit has comfortable beds, and was an excellent location-close to the pool and beach! The air conditioning, dishwasher, and washer/dryer all worked well. We enjoyed the Destin area. We travelled over a spring break week and the Maravilla still did not feel overcrowded or noisy. The beach was busy on sunny warm days but still very enjoyable and the free beach chair/umbrella set up daily was a great addition to our vacation! We loved the white sandy beaches, and view of the ocean which included dolphins off the shore most days. We had a relaxing, and fun vacation with our family and recommend this unit to others!

We visit Destin yearly and stay at the Maravilla. We love the complex and the location. The lifeguard and beach staff are very professional and make the stay even more enjoyable.

The condo was not clean enough. Ants were on the kitchen cabinet. Reported this to the office and nothing was done. Carpet and silver ware were dirty.
