Overall, I would say we had a nice and enjoyable experience. The condo was clean, well appointed and the furnishings were tasteful and pretty. We loved having carpet in the living room and bedrooms. It was quiet and the beach not crowded at all. We had a couple of inconveniences, though. Upon arrival, (about 15 minutes into our stay) the lady that inspects the condo after cleaning showed up to go over the place, flush toilets, etc. This made my husband and me uncomfortable, because we were in the middle of unpacking our things. We did not arrive early, but about 30 minutes after our assigned check in time. The next day, a maintenance man showed up to measure/fix a door that had a little knick in it and fix a toilet that was not having any issues. This was a little strange and inconvenient too. My husband asked him not to do this while we were there and he complied. Two days later, we came back from the beach to find a note on the counter stating that the pest control people had been in the condo while we were out to spray for bugs. All of these people in and out of our rental were a little unnerving to us when our things were in there unattended. Not to say that anyone would be dishonest, it was just a little too much interruption for things that could be taken care of at a later time. The DVD player in the living room would not work with the TV either. Also, the internet service was intermittant at best. I contacted the provider (as recommended by the condo info book) and they told me that the bill had not been paid by the condo owners. So, we basically did not have the promised internet service all week. We did enjoy the easy check in procedures, but the automated check out procedure did not work. Aside from all of this, we did have a nice time, but will most likely look for a different place to stay next year.

This was a great rental. Everything we needed to feel right at home was provided. It is within walking distance to Pompano Joes's. It was great to just be able to come back to the room for lunch and walk back to the beach whenever we were ready. This was a great plus since we have 3 small children.

I have rented multiple times with southern realty. I have had very good experiences each time. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Ciboney #1014 during our spring break vacation. I have recommended Southern vacation rentals to many of my friends. I liked the service while staying here. It was very easy to access the beach from the condo. I liked the fact that it had black out curtains at the windows for the mornings to be able to sleep in. We also had a new couch delivered the week of my stay and the staff notified us and took care of it without causing us to be in the unit. I would recommend possibly updating the carpet and fixing one of the lamps in the front bedroom. Other than that, overall I had a great stay and would rent there again.

Wonderful place to stay for a week couldnt of had a better time highly recommend!! Very close to the beach and everything needed in walking distance. 1O14 was very clean and would diffently stay there again.

We stayed in this condo in July and it was great. Perfect location, close to everything. The furnishings are very nice. Excellent for 4 adults and 2 children. We really loved it. Hopefully it will be available when we come back!!

The check in and out was so easy!! The condo itself was very clean and comfortable! Loved that we had a washer and dryer! Very close to the beach! And was just a short drive to all great eating places, water park, etc...We enjoyed our stay there and would for sure stay again!!!

The unit was very nice and comfortable. A great location with good parking area. A small thing but was disappointed that the iron didn't work good.
