Condo was nice and comfortable. Would've like to have screen door opening to balcony for fresh air. Had a leak coming from bathroom vent, immediate response to fix and clean up area. Staff was friendly and easy to contact. Great area. Stayed at this location in the past and would stay again.

We loved working with Newman-Dailey Properties again this year for our Spring Break 2013 trip! The Beach House Condo unit was wonderful. It was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and a few dinners in. Being right on the beach was the best. We really enjoyed having the pool right on the beach too. We felt comfortable staying on the beach while the kids ran up to swim in the pool. We could see the girls laying on the pool chairs from the beach. Our favorite part of the trip was relaxing on the property and enjoying the sun!

Our 3rd family trip to Destin (first at this condo),so I knew exactly what we needed and wanted. We enjoyed our week long stay here. Perfect location. Directly on the beach. Complex was quiet and not crowded. Condo had all the amenities we needed. (washer/dryer/flat screen tvs) Nicely updated and decorated . We will be back to Beach House again.

The location of this unit is outstanding being right on the beach. However, the floors were dirty and some of the unit is in need of remodeling such as the bathrooms. Overall, we had a very good time while we were there! Again, this is a prime location right on the beach.

We loved our trip to Destin in March 2012! The Beach House Condo was wonderful. Very spacious and perfect for our family of 4. We had problems with the oven not working properly, but Newman-Dailey was quick to get the problem repaired. We hope to go again next year and stay in the same unit.

We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. The view from the balcony was truly panoramic. The condo defintely felt like home for a week. This last stay was with 4 adults and it was perfect.

We had a great time the Condo was plenty of room. We did have some issues but Newman-Dailey resolved the issue right away. I do wish there was different cooking pans but other than that the kitchen was very well equipped. We would definitley rent this unit again and do plan to. What I really loved is the location!

My husband and I stayed at the Beach House Feb. 7-14. We had fairly nice weather for this time of year. We wished for warmer temps though. The beach is just steps away and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Everything was just as pictured on the website. The unit was clean and the staff at Newman/Dailey was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a starter kit of dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap and coffee for the first pot. They also gave us a discount card good at several attractions and for a free movie rental each night. We took advantage of the Dolpin tour, which I highly recommend. There is plenty of shopping with an outlet mall a mile away and an upscale shopping area in Sandestin. If you love seafood, there is lots of that too. I would not recommend the area for families in the winter as many of the attractions are closed for the season.

The condo was a real home away from home. Comfortable beds, nice televisions in bedrooms and living area,kitchen was well appointed with all items needed to cook and serve a meal. Even the tableware was plentiful and cute. The unit has a nice balcony with a view that looks out on the lovely blue green water and white sand. There is a table on the balcony for relaxing and enjoying the view. This unit is located in a quiet complex with an elevator for reaching the unit easily. The pool was clean and there were plenty of chairs in the pool area for enjoying the sun and reading a book. I especially loved the umbrella service. No worrying about dragging and setting up chairs and umbrellas, it is done for you. At the end of the day you grab your belongings and leave sandy chairs and bulky umbrella to the wonderful staff to put away for the day. There are many good places to eat near this condo and the beach is great for early morning and evening walks. We enjoyed our stay in June so much that we returned in October! If you want a nice place right on the beach with a friendly staff and many free activities offered by Newman-Daily this is the place to stay. We enjoyed the discount dauphin cruise and free movie rentals. People who play golf would love the free and discounted rates that are offered. I must say that Newman-Daily took care of everything from hassle free booking to excellent directions. This was truly a wonderful experience.

We had several problems upon entering our unit upon arrival. There were some unfinished cleaning items like the master bathroom and the tile floors still covered with sand from the previous occupants. The unit itself was spacious and a perfect size for us with three kids. Right on the beach too. The interior of the unit more than made up for the exterior of the building but that's not why we came to the beach! :) When we reported the issues we had we were immediately taken care of by the Newman-Dailey staff. They made sure that we were a priority which more than made up for the couple of items previously mentioned. All-in-all, I wish there had been one more pool to use, but I would return to this location and would request the exact same unit again without a doubt, and I would definitely rent from Newman-Dailey again in the future because of their service from online rental through checkout.
