This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

Everything you need is right inside this condo and it's spacious enough to easily accommodate 4 adults & 2 children without ever using the sofa sleeper. The decor, furniture, etc., were extremely nice---just like your own home which made it even more comfortable.
The Maravilla complex has elevators and carts to help with carrying your luggage, etc., when arriving and leaving which was convenient and greatly appreciated.
The one and only negative aspect is that you cannot see the gulf from this condo. You can get a glimpse of it only if you lean over the balcony. We have always loved to be able to relax on the balcony and look at the gulf every morning and evening, so we really missed the view. However, the balcony was very spacious which was good.
If the view of the gulf isn't an issue for you, then this is the absolute perfect condo. You will love it. -

The room was in well-kept condition and was decorated very nicely. The room was clean and well stocked. I would stay here again.

Great condo with nice decor. Felt like home. Beach was conveniently located across the street. Good location near restaurants and shopping. We traveled with our dog and felt very comfortable with pet accomodation.

Three friends and I stayed at Maravilla 1412 in Miramar Beach for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was fully equipped, comfortable, nicely decorated, and clean. The beach was just a short walk away across the two-lane beach road- and what a bonus to have two chairs and an umbrella come with the rental agreement!! Our reservation agent, Laura, and the man (I can't remember his name!) who assisted us at check-in were knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to answer questions. I will recommend Newman-Dailey properties to friends and family. I'll also be returning with friends in the future. Thanks again!
