This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

I have stayed at Hidden Dunes several times over the years, always returning, only staying elsewhere due to a specific need. I thoroughly enjoy the property. It is well cared for, peaceful, and comfortable. The grounds well kept, the sales staff is good as is the service staff. Hidden Dunes is a nice community of well-mannered permanent residents and visitors, many of which are my fellow 50+ baby boomers, and a healthy crowd of well-mannered married couples in their 30's with well-mannered children. Without effort, the community and its residents naturally set the tone for this good, comfortable, healthy, pleasant, peaceful environment. As a result, everyone wants to... and succeeds... in maintaining Hidden Dunes good atmosphere. If looking for other than what I describe, then there are several good places west of the area that provide a lively party atmosphere that would be an excellent fit. Thank you Hidden Dunes. For sure, I'm returning yet again! Look for my call to reserve a month or two or more just as soon as I can find time to block off during September/October through February/March. This is a place we have been going to year after year. The size and location of this condo is incredible. The pool right outside your condo and the short walk to the beach is ideal. We will continue to rent this property for years to come.

We lived our villa at Hidden Dunes. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfy. We even found a closet of toys by the front door to use at the beach. I would suggest passing that bit of info in to future visitors as we just stumbled upon the closet. The pool was right outside our door so that was quite convenient. One of our favorite things to do was catching crabs on the beach at night. Our 3 teenagers got a real charge out of it and got quite good at it. Of course we put them back in the ocean with their friends! I would definitely come back to Hidden Dunes.
