Basically we felt disappointed with what we got for what we paid for. The tub in one of the spare bedrooms was disgusting. It was completely covered in brown on the bottom. My mother cleaned on it and got some of it off. This particular condo is in need of a remodel! They need to update most everything. We did like the location and the pool area and wading pool. The grounds of the main sail were well kept. The fitness center smelled like mildew and the elliptical machine was broke.

This was our 2nd time at Mainsail and enjoyed it fully. This unit was well equipped (except for broken blender) and filled our needs quite lovely. Clean, Comfortable and close to the beach. You can get onto the elevator and go down 2 flights and with a short walk your at the beach. Travis (5 years now) will take care of the chairs early in the morning and have you set up for the day. Across the street is Starbucks, and a great mall. Try the Cheescake on the stick, wow!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mainsail. Being a frequent vacationer to Florida, myself and my family all agreed that this time was our best vacation and visit yet! We were able to come and go as we pleased, making full use of the pool/hot tub and beach without any issues of overcrowding or "party goers".
Definately will be back! -

The location was great. Decent view to gulf. Room accomdation were okay. Bathrooms need attention and are small.
Living room and kitchen were good. Need pest control! No cable in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. -

We stayed at Mainsail 225 and it was really nice. We overlooked the pool and a beautiful view of the ocean. Everyone that worked there was really helpful with any questions we had. I would love to go back to the same room.

The 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit worked well for the 6 of us. The interior was clean and the floor plan was really good. The decor was somewhat dated, but it was a very good value for the price paid.

We loved the location of the Mainsail Condo & the amenities in the complex. The teenagers could walk to most places that they wanted to go. The 3BR unit was very spacious with a huge living area. The views from the entrance & balcony were great. Just a few steps to the beach. The security gate in the comples was an added feature.
The check-in process was painless.
We will be back! -

Other than a mega roach in the kitchen and its sibling in one of the bathrooms and only two dish towels in the kitchen, we would stay here again.
Other than the above, we were very satisfied with our stay. The location was perfect with shopping and grocery within walking distance. The condo was roomy and was located on the second floor so we did not have to take an elevator. Also we liked the way it faced so as not to get the afternoon sun.

the condo was very well stocked. the decor seemed a bit dated but otherwise nice. we had trouble with the internet access but was eventually fixed. mainsail is a great location.

The unit --225 was beautiful--The snag we ran into was the hot water
heater would not stay lit. We had no hot water for first 2 days of the 4
we were in the unit--for 8 of us this was rough--We called the numbers
provided in unit--including Southern Resort Vacation Rentals and NEVER
heard back. Thankfully my parents have stayed at the mainsail for years
and knew the security guard who took care of the problem--Had we not
asked the Security guard we never would have had hot water for entire
time there--This was unacceptable! This lack of service or even a return
phone call was very disappointing.

We were more than pleased with our condo! It was spacious, well stocked, and beautiful. The resort exceeded our expectations as well. The pool area was beautiful and well kept. We had a wonderful vacation and plan on returning soon.

I have used Southern Resorts in the past and I have been pleased with their service. This location was no exception. Although the place is not new, you can tell that it is well kept and clean. The amenities were acceptable, especially considering that we were there off-peak. We did not encounter any issues with the unit itself during our stay....it completely met our expectations.
Parking in the visitor parking areas is somewhat of a nuisance if you come & go frequently (all of the close spaces are reserved for owners only). This may be the norm for these types of facilities...I am unaware.
The pool closest to this unit is unheated (outdoor), however there is a heated pool (also outdoor) within walking distance that is part of the complex. If only I had known sooner...
The mirror scheme inside this unit will make you feel quite dizzy at first, but it wears off :)
The proximity to the ocean is great.....take an elevator/stairs down a couple of flights and you are on the walkway to the beach!
I would probably stay at this property again.
