The condo is at a great location. We slept 10 very easily. However there were a few issues. When we first arrived we noticed a funny odor.The bed in the first room was so hard it felt as though we were sleeping on a box spring. Also the living room furniture was also worn and need to be replaced. There is no cushion left to couch as well as love seat. We also noticed tiny sugar ants throughout the condo.
We did contact the rental agency with our complaints and they did send someone out n a timely manner. All in all I would stay in this unit again, as long as ants are gone. But this particular unit needs new furniture in both bedroom and living area! And an exterminator!Response from Southern Vacation Rentals - 10/30/2012

Overall, the vacation was very pleasant. The condo itself needed some updating. The bunk beds need some reinforcement. I was nervous to have my kids sleeping on the top so, I got them to bunk together on the bottom beds. It was rocky/shaky and it felt like it could give out at any time. The condo was well equipped with kitchen utensils. Could have a smaller cutting board. We appreciated that the aC was working and kept us cool while we were indoor. The Condo was great. Clean,well equipped kitchen,balcony overlooked the pool and windows overlooked indoor part of pool(could easily keep an eye on the kids).
This is the second time we've stayed at Majestic sun in the last six months. The view is great...we love it there! Southern Resorts makes it easy to plan your trip and are great to work with. The two bedroom condo we had originally rented was blacked out for repairs and we were upgraded to a three bedroom at no extra cost. Had a wonderful time!! -

We are extremely satisfied with the apartment and the service provided by Southern Resorts. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and with really nice ocean views. We will definitely come back and recommend this to anyone who wants to have a great and relaxing vacation. The location could not be more perfect and the pool as well as the gym facilities where clean and well taken care of. Everything was good and it surpassed our expectations.

Our room was really spacious and had all the amenities of home. We really enjoyed having a washer and dryer to keep up with the laundry.
The view of the beach was beautiful from sunrise to sunset.
The lighted crosswalks were great and made you feel really safe crossing to go to the beach.
We really enjoyed having 2 hot tubs. If one was full, you could always go to the other one.

We loved our stay at the majestic sun....our room was in the perfect location. It over-looked the pool as well as the beach and the windows inside the condo over-looked the inside part of the pool so we could keep an eye on our teenagers. It was very nice.

Great place to relax, there was 8 of us and we did not feel cramped up. We were within a couple of miles of restaurants and stores. The road in front of the condo was not bad to cross. If there is a down side it would be that you had to pay for beach service if you did not bring your chairs or umbrella. That costs 30 dollars a day for 2 chairs and an umbrella. I will stay here again when we come back.
