This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

Our family of nine had a wonderful vacation here. The only thing that could have made this place better would be to have it right on the beach. Things were easy to get to and the beach was wonderful. This house was laid out so nice for our family. Everyone had their own privacy and space. We really enjoyed ourselves. The amenities were great also, depending on the interests of your group.

Hidden Dunes was the perfect location for our multi-family reunion vacation. The people at Newman-Dailey helped us find just the right villa to fit our needs. They answered all my questions and even helped me find a local restaurant large enough to host our family dinner.
Villa 23 was a beautiful, spacious and well-equipped rental property. It was very clean and well kept and located right near one of the pools. The walk to the beach was only a short distance and the precious men on the golf carts picked us up every time we called.
The master bedroom had a fabulous bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a very large walk-in shower.
The location of Hidden Dunes was perfect for our family with it's central location. We enjoyed being near the outlet malls, Baytown Wharf and Seaside. The beaches were beautiful and there were many great restaurants nearby.
I guess our favorite thing, besides having just a fabulous place to stay, was being together as a family! Thank you Newman-Dailey for helping us plan a perfect family vacation! -

We had a wonderful vacation in Villa 23, despite the cloudy/windy weather. All employees associated with the property were friendly and helpful. The home was spacious and nicely decorated. We had 3 generations of family on this trip, and were all comfortable staying in this property. We chose to prepare most of our meals at the property, and had plenty of space to cook and eat. We especially enjoyed eating dinners on the screened-in balcony area. We were right by the pool, which made vacationing with kids easier. On the nicer weather days, it was a short walk to the beach (even my 5 and 3-year-old kids could handle it). No streets to cross, and a pleasant path to travel. When we planned ahead, we called for the golf cart to pick us up. We never waited more than 5 minutes, and the driver was very friendly and cheerful. This unit is perfect for large families or extended families vacationing together.

We vacationed at Hidden Dunes the week of July 4, 2012. We stayed in a Villa, #23, What a great time we had! The accomodations were perfect. There was plenty of room for our group in the Villa, with every amenity needed. I especially enjoy the screened in porch in the morning and evening. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. The tram was available, but not needed. My daughter took tennis lessons every day and loved it. She wants to go back, just to take tennis lessons.

This was one of the most beautifully decorated condos we have stayed at. Plenty of dishes & cooking supplies for a large family. We lived the screened in porch overlooking the pool. We will stay here again.

I wanted to give my employees a great weekend in Destin for a job well-done over the last few months. I loved the villa we ended up with. Hidden Dunes Villa 23 was spectacular! The villa was elegantly decorated. It was very spacious and provided a wonderful weekend for the 12 people that went with us on our trip! We loved the fact that it was a short walk from the beach and right around the corner from the pool. The kids had an awesome time, as well as the adults! It was also reasonably priced in relation to other places we looked at staying.
