This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

This is likely the best property I have ever had a chance to experience. Every effort to accomodate my party of 6 was fulfilled. Security was great, office personel listened gave good directions to attractions and acted quickly on my one and only problem with hot tub at pool. In the future I plan on returning as many times as I can.

We loved the property, big and fancy. loved the rooms.
It was a wonderful stay. the pool near the house and the beach only steps away. The only thing and that we know is due to fire policies is that we are from brazil and we love to grill but we weren't able to at our balcony,but we enjoyed it.My family was comfortable. -

Our family and guest stayed several days in Hdv24. The condo was very clean from top to bottom. The linens were of good quality and very soft. Although we choose to not cook and use paper products, the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and utensils. The toaster oven and coffee maker were used every day though. Our daughter was thrilled that the hall bathroom was her favorite color, pink! All beds and sofas were comfortable. This was the best location for access to the pool and beach. The wrap-around porch was the perfect place to relax and people watch. We like that while Hidden Dunes is in the middle of busy Destin, it is a quiet oasis to vacation in. Our daughter enjoyed her tennis lessons with Coach George. All our contacts with both Newman-Dailey and Hidden Dunes personnel were great. Only three "leasts":
a squeaky spray hose in the kitchen, the child staying in the condo above was a heavy-footed runner early in the morning and spotty internet service. But all of those were very minor. We would most certainly want to rent Hdv24 again.
