This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

I knew this was going to be a great trip when I made the reservations. Sarah, the reservation assistant, was very courteous & helpful in getting our trip booked. Our home away from home, felt like home. We are a family of six (2 adults & 4 small children)and are definitely in need of ample space. Gulf View II #107 provided the space and atmosphere that we needed for a relaxing Spring Break. We were centrally located to anything we needed (i.e. grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, flea markets, etc...) We were directly across the street from the beach and the facility also provided two pools(one heated) and a laundry room. Aside from a few minor updates, I think Gulf View II #107 is a great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. I appreciated the great care/assistance that the Newman-Dailey staff provided me and my family. It was nice to have daily complimentary beach chairs/umbrella already set for up us. The kids enjoyed the freebies we got to The track and we all loved the free DVD rentals. As stated previously, this was indeed a great trip and look forward to planning my next one.

We loved this little place, right across from the ocean with access to a private beach. The condo was immaculate and we loved the ability to cook in the kitchen, which was well stocked with all items needed to cook. The owner was nice enough to include board games, books and comfortable bedding!!! There is a television in the master as well as the living room. Not that we used them frequently. The proximity to the beach is what makes this location ideal!!

My husband and I and our four boys (16, 11, 8, 7) had a wonderful time. We all fit very comfortably in the condo. It was a vacation to remember and we can't wait to come back. I definitely recommend this condo for families.

Our stay at Gulfiew II 107 was great. The condo was the perfect size for my family. It is also centrally located which made navigating an unknown city very easy. I would definitely stay in this location again. The Newman- Daily staff was extremely helpfull both times I went to the office. Thanks for an excellent experience.
