There’s 600 feet of private, sandy white beaches. There’s a ton of stuff to do here, with the dayt...ime activities and nightlife of neighboring Sandestin and other noted communities to the west, and a nature preserve for quiet and solitude to the east. Tops'l provides the best of both worlds. And for you tennis nuts, Tops'l has been ranked "A Top 50 US Tennis Resort" by Tennis Magazine for 12 years running and most recently by Tennis Online as a "Top 10 Tennis Resort in the Entire World". How about that?!? And Tops'l has extensive amenities available for a daily fee (not included with the condo rental) such as fitness facilities including 12 Rubico clay courts, a world class fitness center, aerobics classes, racquetball court, basketball courts, heated outdoor and indoor pools, a putting green, shuffle board and nature trails for walking, jogging and biking. You’ll also find The Ocean Club Restaurant, The Sandbar, The Pavilion Grill and Bar, the Pro Shop, Snowbirds Club, Kid's Club. And here’s some good news. There’s so much to do here you won’t be able to fit it into a week’s vacation. So stay two! That’s what I’d do. Here’s the scoop on your Tops'l Tides Sandestin Vacation condo. This place is gorgeous. Big and beautiful. And it’s got really cool views. Because of where it’s located you not only get the beach/gulf view, you can see way down the beach from your balcony. How cool is that!?! Plus, it’s got really interesting décor. And, it really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.The LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. There’s a big flat screen TV, and don’t forget the DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really bit and comfortable. And the views, The views. Hey, bring binoculars. You might catch the dolphins jumpin’ in the water. That’s always fun. The MASTER BEDROOM got a huge king size bed. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep. The room’s really spacious. Plenty of closet space. There’s another pretty big TV and a DVD player. The 2nd MASTER has 2 Doubles! How about that!?! And it’s really roomy. The KITCHEN’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’re set. There’s a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach. The DINING AREA has a nice sized table, really comfortable so e

  WE were very happy with our stay. THe only negatives were as follows: Master bathroom had a strong cat urine smell, but within an hour the carpets were cleaned in the bedroom and bathroom and we never smelled it again. The dryer was very loud, but worked. And the kitchen needed cookie sheets and a pizza cutter.
  THe positives are as follows: Great location-I could watch my kids at the pool from our deck and the view was beautiful! Loved being close to the stairs so we didn't have to wait on the elevator. Loved having the master bedroom up front with a view. Very clean. Tops'l is a favorite of ours. Love the location because it's not too busy. The guest room also has 2 double beds, so we were able to take friends for the kids!

  We enjoyed our stay at The Tides at Tops'l. The unit is funished very nice. The view from the balcony is beautiful,even though the palm trees block part of the view. We only have 2 complaints. The master bathroom floor was not the cleanest. It needed to be swept. And we were disapointed that we could not play raquetball. We were told since we booked the unit through My Vacation Haven we were not eligible to use the raquetball facilities. We thought we would be able to purchase an amenities card to allow us to use the court, but that was not the case. So we stayed at a raquetball resort but were unable to play raquetball. We still had a wonderful time as the weather was perfect and the white sandy beach is beautiful.
