This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Condo was nice & clean. Only a short walk to the beach. It was kind of cold while we were there so we appreciated that the pool was heated at night. The only complaint was the squeaky door upstairs.

Our unit in Maravilla was fabulous!! Very clean, comfortable, roomy and had everything that we needed. Excpet hot pads! That is the only thing that was missing. (Kind of hard to use the oven without those). We loved the location - close to the beach, walking distance to Pompano Joe's (fun restaurant/bar where kids could play on the beach) and close to the east end of Destin which we prefer. We enjoyed having the pool, basketball court and tennis courts. The clientele of Maravilla is all nice families which created a fun but not-too-crazy atmosphere. We would definitely go back.

I've been vacationing in Destin for 8 years at least twice a year and this was my first time staying in a condo. I wasn't sure what to expect, but Unit 4402 was a pleasant surprise! We would definitely stay in this unit again. It was well-equipped with kitchen supplies and the washer/dryer was a plus!
Well worth the stay! If you rent this unit, you will be a happy camper! -

Amazing property! Loved the convenience to the beach out one gate & the strip with stores & plenty of places to eat out the other gate. Staff was really sweet & helpful at check in.
Was an overall, very awesome experience & amazing place to stay. -

We enjoyed our stay at Maravilla Condo 4402. It met and exceeded our expectations! Very clean & well equipt. The only one thing I think we could have used was perhaps one more comfortable chair.
It was nice to have the table and 4 chairs, but almost think it would be beneficial to have a small table that would seat 2, and then perhaps a small love seat or another chair in the extra space. -

Newman-Dailey was very easy to work with, especially on this last minute booking. The unit I requested was in perfect order: clean, stocked, appeared as advertised, etc. The only thing I would note is that the agency needs to make clear is the configuration of the bedrooms. The second bedroom is actually a loft so there is no door to close for privacy. The "third" bedroom containing two twin beds is actually a space just beyond the "loft bedroom" and also has no door. It would be a good place to put children, but for adults expecting their own bedrooms, it is a drawback. The main thing is that Newman-Dailey needs to explain that on its website. Saying "3 bedroom" is misleading.

When my first born joined the Army, I discovered it was a lot harder to cut the cord than I thought it would be. He was to spend nine months at Eglin Air Force base for training and I thought that was unreasonably long for a mother to be expected to go in between visits. So we went to him. The first thing I was impressed with was your staff who went out of their way to serve us and shower us with kindness. Our condo was so beautiful and so comfortable, it was like home for the few days that we stayed there. In fact, we spent quite a bit of time there, as all we really wanted to do was to be together as a family. My son will be graduating from his training in September ... we'll be contacting you for a place to stay.

Well first of all my family and I arrived after hours and there was a assistant waiting to assist us he gave us all the information we needed and a bag of goodies for our stay. The home was a three bedroom condo it was really beautiful we all loved it. The location was nice right off the beach it was literally 10 seconds away,We enjoyed the hot tub,pool,basketball court, tennis court and gym right outside the door. The people were so friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didnt like about the condo the upstairs bedroom didnt have a door so you could hear everything that was going on downstairs but the best thing I loved was we were surrounded by restaraunts and shopping center so we had alot of places and events to choose from I can't wait to next year vacation with Newman Dailey is a must every year.

We absolutely loved staying here!! It was everything we wanted and more!! The kids had the bungalow to themselves which they just loved!! The beach was breath taking and you could see it from the patio. So..It was home away from home I didn't want to leave.So... much to do and see unfortunely Our vacation was short lived..My husband and I plan to return in the spring ,this time it will be our little getaway..WE WILL DEFINITLY USE NEWMAN -DAILY AGAIN!!

The condo was excellent. The pool was great and heated very well. The benefits of the Track tickets, Mini Golf and movies were great perks. We did not nneed any service but my impression was that the Newman Dailey service is also excellent. We will rent from them again in Destin!!

Our experience at Newman-Dailey was wonderful! It is beautiful inside of the room. The kitchen has everything and so you can enjoy cooking after swimming. We had rent another condo in gulf shore beach and this one is much better than that. When you open the window and have a look, the view just amazing! The location is very close to beach, crossing one road and you can touch the sand! Check in & out is easy and fast. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Destin, Florida!
