This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

Rental company is great. Excellent housekeeping, friendly and helpful staff. Overall the space is spacious and nicely designed. Beautiful views that are worth the rental for some. But major furniture I used was uncomfortable. Main sofa needs replacing and is lumpy. Mattress in Master bedroom is uncomfortable. Carpet is very old and stained and needs replacing. So I would not rent this again just because of the furniture.

It was a wonderful place to stay. Great location and great condo. Even though the pool ended up needing shut down immediately for repairs mid week, Newman Dailey went above and beyond to accomodate us. We were thrilled with the size and full beds in all rooms because several couples went without children. And it was also pet friendly. The only minor recommendations I would have for the owners is to add a television in the bedroom that doesn't have one and the sliding door in the living room is very hard to open and close. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Great gulf view and plenty of room. Although for the price the place could use some touch-ups, there was paint peeling off drawrs and doors. With the right touch-ups it would be a great place.

My husband and I vacationed here in early June for a week. We had our kids and grandson, from age 4 up to 23 yrs. old. This unit was perfect for us-everyone had plenty of room to do their own thing or have the whole family together comfortably. We've been vacationing in Destin for 12 years, and this was our favorite place! The views were stunning, we had a nice pool, and a quick stroll across the street to the beach. It was so nice to have the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up and waiting on us. The only minor problem was the slow elevator, which was so slow we often just took the stairs. It was a bit inconvenient bringing up groceries and for loading up on arrival and departure. We also used the complimentary discounts for Big Kahuna's and the dolphin cruise. The staff at Newman Dailey are a joy to work with, everyone is pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully every summer!

the service was good, the home was great except the sliding glass door was hard to open and close, the elevator broke down for a while and the garbage disposal over flowed and backed up. other than that the location is wonderful the view is wonderful, best is the location, the least is like i said the things that i mentioned.

The home was gorgeous, enough said! It is very roomy and beautifully decorated. The location could not be better. With the beach just across the street, it makes for an easy walk. There are several shops and resturants close by that you can walk to. Since the traffic is much lighter than on the busy stretch of 98 that runs through the rest of Destin, we felt much safer walking everywhere. We will most definitly be coming back here for many years! The check in/out procedures were easy and quick, and anything that we needed, was handled as soon as we called. Could not ask for more!

This is a beautiful condo with lots of room for our family of seven. There is a whole wall of windows facing East and a large balcony facing the Gulf right across the street. The location was perfect, the beach beautiful, and the rental company very accomadating. The only caveat is there is a construction site next door. They were only moving dirt around during our stay but this could be noisy during the building phase.
