I enjoyed my stay did not care to be on the fourth floor because of my small kids. I did not want to lose my time at the resort so I took it. I enjoyed the rooms and the decorations just a fun time. The check in time is at 4:00pm but check out is at 10:00am that is not a full day. In all we had

We rented this condo for 4 nights, wished that we could have stayed longer. This condo was very clean. It had a great view for a condo that was not beach front. Although it was not beach front it was just a very short walk from the beach and the pool. It has two good bedrooms but the third is just a bunkroom (very small, good for kids but only for sleeping).The kitchen has everything that you need to make stay nice. We had a very nice beach vacation at this condo, would stay again. The service from newman-dailey upon check in was very friendly and very professionaly handled.

Great place. We were 2 sets of families with parents and 2 kids per family and it didn't feel too cramped for 8. The walk to the beach is very short and easy from this property along with a dip n the pool after the beach. We cooked all meals there and it had all the necessary items. Just dont forget to bring paper goods lime napkins, and toilet paper with you as after first roll of what is there, you then have to supply.

Newman-Dailey generously donated this condo pkg to the Ft Walton Beach Viking Band's 34th annual auction. We bid on the pkg and won. This condo has a nice gulf view, is well equpped, and was quite comfortable. It is centrally located to the beach (right across the street) and numerous restaurants (we liked Pompano Joe's). The condo sports two nice pools, one with a hot tub, tennis courts, and a workout room. Newman-Dailey was very professional to work with (thanks Laura). The condo was very clean too. Thank you Newman-Dailey for the wonderful time we had! Also, the beaches were gloriously crystal clear and the seafood was delicious!

We are return visitors to Destin. Our first trip to Destin we stayed on Holiday Isles, and every return visit we move further east from the heart of Destin. Miramar Beach is a great area, and Maravilla is a convenient location. Our stay at Maravilla was wonderful. The complex is across old 98 to the beach, and access to the beach is convenient. My only complaints about this unit was the amount of sand on the floors when we arrived. I know there is going to be a certain amount of sand, but it was excessive, like the floors had not been cleaned. The grounds of Maravilla are well maintained and the pools are good. Did not love the trek to the dumpsters for trash disposal. We loved our stay, and can't wait to come back again.

Reservation, housekeeping & amenities were all fantastic. The home was tastefully furnished. The location was perfect (open beach just across the road & Pompano Joe's within walking distance). We liked the geographical location the best and the simple fact that we had less than a full view (however, a great partial view) of the Gulf.

The service that we received was great. They were really friendly people to go through for the room. The home was spectacular due to the view from the deck and the accomodations were nice. The amenities with the condo were great to have especially the pools while not at the beach. The club house and amenities with it were great as well.It was within a lot of walking distance to several areas we visited. The one thing that I liked the least was that we were told not to bring pets, but there were several pets there and the pets excess. Not bad though. It didn't spoil my vacation. I just thought that it was odd when I saw pets around the area when I was told not to bring them. I will especially book this accomodation again the next time I am in Destin.

The condo had more than enough room for us, which includes my husband, myself, our 8 yr old daughter and my parents. The entire place was well kept inside and out. The ladies at the check in office were very helpful and kind. We had a good view of the ocean from our room. We really liked having a kitchen and washer/dryer. The only negative about the stay was the fact that the condo was not right on the beach and we had to cross a road to get to the beach. However, there was little traffic and it was not that far to go. All worth it!!!
