This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

What a great location and property! It all started with Kate & Kerbi at Newman-Dailey. What a great check-in experience! They both made the process easy and you could really tell they enjoy meeting and working with the guests. They were patient and helpful in pointing my wife and I to the perfect rental at Mediterranea. Most importantly they cared about our satisfaction as first time Destin vacationers. The property was spotless,had a great view, and was nicely furnished. The location away from Destin proper was refreshing - not so much traffic or congestion. The amenity card was a great feature but the beach service was a deal clincher above any other rental. What a great feature that certainly created a great value and a "wow" experience. We will definitely be back in future years and look forward to renewing our relationship with Newman-Dailey properties

The condo at Mediterranean was lovely. This complex is one of our favorites on the beach. You have a terrific view of the ocean & of course it's beautiful!! My husband really enjoyed the free round of golf each day. Terrific vacation. The free beach service was enjoyed by all.

Well, I have to say that 1.5 dys of our 5 day stay were spent watching Trop Storm Debbie pour inches of rain on the beach, but that was just dumb luck and timing on our part. This unit is very clean and well maintained, with plenty of space for the 4 of us. The master BR and bath are huge. I would have appreciated two full or queen beds in the guest room; the twin mattresses were small for our family. However, overall, the views from the balconies (esp living room) are fabulous, and we liked the relatively peaceful location in Miramar Bch. When we went West into Destin a couple of times for dinner, the traffic was maddening. We were happy to be right where we were. The staff at ND were very competent and helpful. The beaches and pool were great. You get two beach chair/umbrella setups per day, which worked out well. Pool is nice, but other residents hog the umbrellas, so get a space early if you don't want to bake in the sun! Fitness center better than in most business-class hotels. Check in/out times of 4pm/10am seemed stingy to be honest, but they had us in on Sat by 2:30p. Who wants to sit around the pool or beach for hours, waiting to get into your vacation home? Overall, I would rent from ND again.

We had such a wonderful time at this condo. The condo has everything you will need and is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, including the beds. The whole condo complex is so awesome. The pool and hot tub were so clean and not crowded at all. The grounds are immaculate and the beach access is so close. Do yourself a favor and stay at any of the condos at Mediterranea. The beach is awesome and we enjoyed the beach service. All the restaurants and shopping are so close. We enjoyed walking to Pompano Joes several times to eat lunch. We will be back for sure. Newman Dailey was so great to work with and made it so easy to check in and out.

We were looking for a super-nice 2 br condo on the beach for our first time in Destin. Cliffie helped us find the Mediterranea - just cross the road from their own private beach. We needed a two bedroom with all the luxuries of home - and this property and unit didn't disappoint us at all. Very spacious - and the beds were so comfortable! The views from the unit were fabulous, and the pool, jacuzzi and fitness center were great - used them every day! The only thing we missed were not being able to grill as the property didn't have one on site. Thanks for a great vacation.

Our vacation in Destin was wonderful! This was our first time to stay at the Mediterranea and we absolutely loved the condo! It was by far the nicest and most convenient unit we've stayed in during the past 9 years that we have been coming. I can't think of anything that would have made our stay more enjoyable. I am hopeful that we will have a chance to stay again in the very same unit!

It was really a nice place. Our boys (5 and 7) couldn't stop saying "AWESOME". Pool was big and nice, and easy access to the beach.
The place was clean and can't complain about antyhing.
We took "Little Nemo Fishing" adventure since we had free tickets, but we were very disappointed.
Out of 3 hrs, they only let us fish for 10 minutes.
I don't know if that's usual routine or just that day. It was more of boat riding experience than fishing experience.
Other than that, we had a great time. We will come back definately.

We had an amazing stay. The vacation home was beautiful and clean...a great value. The booking process was quick and without issue. The view from the balcony was amazing and the beach is only a few feet from the gate. The pool was very nice, especially in the morning when there weren't many people around. We lacked for nothing and the complimentary beach service was great. Convenient to shopping, food, and recreation. A wonderful vacation destination.
