This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

I want to first thank Laura from Newman-Daily. She was kind and knowledgable. My emails were answered quickly and she had great patience with me asking a million questions. The stay at Summer Breeze was awesome!!! Perfect view across from the beach. The room was clean and very comfortable. Had some trouble with the code on the door, but someone from Newman-Daily was there in minutes with a correct one. Great service and even a better vacation.

My husband and I and our two children stayed in Summer Breeze 301. It was very cute and clean! It was the best view in the Summer Breeze complex. The beach was a short walk across the street, very cool!! The full beach service was wonderful! The pool at Summer Breeze was very clean and not over clorinated, but could use some umbrellas for shade. There were plenty of things to do when not at the beach, shopping,waterpark,minigolf,ect.. could use more fastfood places in this particular area, but dining was good!! Our favorite was definetly the beach with the soft white sand and the emerald green ocean water and the view we had from our condo!! Overall, we had a wonderfull time and will tell everyone about Summer Breeze and our stay and highly recomend it to anyone to stay there!

Our service through Newman Dailey as always was wonderful. The condo was in great shape with adequate updates including new tiled entryway and bathroom. We have two small children so we missed having a bathtub. we liked being across the street from the public beach access and walking distance to pompano joes and alvins island. We love the pool and the grills at poolside. the main aspect that attracts us to this condo is the view from the balcony along with the reasonable price. We love the beach service provided through newman dailey.

This is the best unit on the property and we have stayed there numerous times. The bathroom has been upgraded along with a few other features. That said, the best unit on the property needs to get some better porch furniture than the white plastic worn out chairs and broken table. Look at some of the other units outdoor furniture such as Pub height tables and chairs to enhance view. Hopefully you will accept these comments in the constructive sense in which they are submitted.

Really enjoyed our week on Miramar Beach. The location of our rental unit was beautiful - unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The unit could use a little updating (kitchen as well as couch getting a little shop-worn), although it was very clean. Could use room-darkening shades in the bedroom as the outside light by the front door shines into the bedroom all night. Otherwise, couldn't ask for a better location with close proximity to Destin. Loved being able to walk to Pompano Joe's, Kenny D's, Pedro's Cantina, and other restaurants. And we walked on the beach every night before calling it a day! This particular unit is on the third (top level) floor of Summer Breeze (no elevator), so folks should be prepared to lug suitcases up stairs. We got lots of exercise going up and down those stairs (not a bad thing), but this would not be a good rental for people with health issues. The resort pool and hot tub were very nice although no umbrellas (shade) were available and the pools are on the west side of the resort. The beach with its sugar-white sand was absolutely gorgeous. Also liked the beach chair service - very nice.

Weather was fine. Economical. The unit could use some maintenance, such as restroom drains need cleaining, livingroom carpet needs re-stretching. Refrigerator needs new door seals.

We have come back year after year to this unit for it's location and accommodations. Last year i left a comment card stating the unit was in need of repair - furniture, stairs for the beds in hallway, bathroom, etc. And obviously my comments were either considered trival or thrown away without repairs checked. This year we returned and those same repairs were still needed, plus there were ants - that is a shame. We also experienced problems with the staff at check-in. I added my sister to the reservation so she could check us in advance of my arrival that evening at 830p.m. and she was told i would still need to come in and sign for arrival --- that was the main point of her being added to the reservation, per the reservationist --- You can check your records on how long we have worked with you in coming to Destin every year, but with the complications of checking in and the unit needing repairs, this may have been our last year with your company and this unit. I regret this decision having to be made, but at this point i'm ready for a change.

We have only a few comments.
1) There were ants in the kitchen
2) The den carpet was bunched up trip hazard.
3) Room seemed dingy maybe not dirty but just dingy

Simply Outstanding. We have stayed in this unit for the past several years and book our stays only if we can get this unit. If that ole 98 road out front was not there we would in effect be ocean front...but still just a few steps to the beach !!!

Just got back from a fabulous week on the beautiful Miramar Beach with the wife and kids. There was a little seaweed and there were a few tar balls in the water, but overall the beach and water were just fine. The condo was in "average" shape and, as usual, the view sfrom the third floor balcony was fantastic!

The Condo was clean ,neat and in order. There was nothing left to be needed that a quick trip to the grocery could not take care of and while your out get a free movie.We decided to take the 3rd floor to let the grandkids get full veiw of the beach and waves, the look in their eyes said it all. Even though it was abit chilly to get past your knees in the water, the sand castles was just as much fun and they got plenty of swim time in the heated pool. We will return but maybe.....without kids next time :)

Arrived on a Sunday-Newman -Dailey Associate was very knowledgable about not just the property, but of the entire area. He was friendly, patient, and a pleasure to converse with. I rate him at the check in 5 stars!!
We (my wife and I)arrived at our destination/condo-pleasant surprise to walk in and have the AC on for our arrival (this was a great thing as it was hot[upper 90's] that day). Was overall pleased with the accomodations, however there were a few things that needed some attention/repairs-one of the burners not working on the stove-light in refridgarator needs replaced, and the there was a little sand(not much) on the comforter in the master bed.the patio overlooking the beach was fabulous and made for wonderful views. The dvd's in the room kept us entertained during the rainstorm and the reserved beach chairs and umbrella were a wonderfully thoughtful touch.
Overall it was a pleasant vacation and we were not real picky guests as we were just glad to close the laptops and turn off the cell phones for a week-and just get away. The fishing wasn't as great as it was advertised, but we still enjoyed the fun in the sport of trying.
For anyone that reads this please beware of Eufaula Police speed trap on hwy 431 in Eufaula Alabama (at the city limit sign)when driving down from Atlanta or farther north as they are writing speeding tickets at the cost of $200 for as little as 3 miles over the speedlimit. Please watch out for them-also just as bad in Dothan also on hwy 431. -

The location is wonderful. Just accross the street from Bathhouse, and Pompano Joe's. Beach is glorious and unmatched. Unit is cozy and refreshing. Gives you the beach/ocean effect. View's from 301 are spectacular. Carpet is getting a little worn, but very clean and over all a fabulous place to stay. We will be back!
