Great location and easy rental,decorated updated and nice. Great view and nice kitchen Very convenient and great for families. Other than the furniture in the den and the master bedroom being worn out we had no problem with the unit.

My husband and I celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary in Destin where we spent our first vacation together 16 years ago. This was our first stay at ariel Dunes and we would definitely stay there again. This condo was high in the building, so we had a fantastic view of the ocean and sunsets. The condo was updated with beautiful travertine floors and a fresh relaxing master bedroom. I loved all of the white linins. We made great use of the work out facilities and the on site restaurant makes a tasty pizza. The only negative I can think of is that we did find it my convenient to drive and park at the beach. It wouldn't keep us away from this wonderful condo though.

This place was great. Stocked with everything you would need and more. The beds were very comfortable, the washer and dryer worked great, and the view was gorgeous. The property and building were very well kept and clean.

The Conco was very nice, the pools were clear and clean. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The only problem we had was not having access to gas grills at aerial Dunes 2, we were told we could not use the ones at aeriel Dunes 1.

We live in atlantic Beach of Northeast Florida, and absolutely loved the Destin-Miramar Beach area. We especially enjoyed the ariel Dunes II property. The 17th unit's views of the gulf, sunsets, and golf course were spectacular. Just bring your beach towels and golf clubs.

We went to Florida for a destination wedding for a family friend. My entire family came down (parents, siblings, and our significant others) and a large group of people came down as well, most of us staying in the same building. We saw one of the penthouses on the top floor as well as several other condos during our stay, and none were as beautifully decorated and welcoming as ours. We all absolutely loved the condo - perfect location with a beautiful view!

This is our second time to stay in this unit. We were there in July. Obviously we love this unit. It is very comfortable and clean. As repeat customers of Southern Resorts, we highly recommend them. Ariel Dunes has been our vacation home since it opened. The views are great and it's only a short walk or drive to the beach. If ever we have needed anything, it only takes a call and they take care of you.

This was a wonderful trip for my husband, myself and our 2 small children. The condo was very cozy and decorated beautifully! The only downside was the walk to the beach with our children. I wish there would have been a better walk way instead of winding the stroller through parking lots and grass. But other than that, we would definitley come back to the Dunes!!! Gorgeous facility and the people at Southern Resorts were very helpful and friendly with every phone call I had. Thanks so much!

We had my daughters beach side wedding and accomodated my Mother and Aunt at the Ariel Dunes II, Unit 1707. Beautifuly decorated and well equipped. I was so impressed for the price at how nice this unit was decorated. I will definitely try to get this same unit for our next trip to Destin. Thanks ever so much for such a lovely place. Very cozy.

I was very impressed with the condition of the building and condo. The finishes were beautiful, but I was not as impressed with the job of the cleaning crew. My one year old son was crawling around and would end up with hair balls on his hands. I would stay here again, I only hope it will be cleaned a little more thoroughly.

Very nice condo. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Felt there should have been facial tissues in at least one of the bathrooms and two extra rolls of toilet paper would have been much better than just the one. That being said, it was a lovely place and we had a great time!

My husband and I absolutely loved this condo. It was so beautiful, very comfortable and clean. We felt right at home! The view was amazing and we spent a lot of time on our balcony. Only a short walk to the beach, and the weather was awesome the whole time we were there. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay. We can't wait to visit again!

The personnel at Southern Resorts was extremely helpful with answering any questions and providing information about our accomodations. The vacation home was beautiful with updated amenities and a fantastic view from the balcony. It is in walking proximity to the beach and the open floorplan was amazing! We were close to shopping and restuarants which made convenience no issue at all. I'm so happy we chose this location. Give them a try. You'll be glad you did!

Everything was very nice... the master bedroom does need to check the boxspring on the bed. It does not match up to the mattress. Other than that, we had a great time. Just wish the you would get a set of chairs at the beach with your stay...did not like a had to pay extra money for that.

The Condo is very nice and was clean for out stay. The staff on site are not helpful and I realize that thier is a limit as to the help they can provide. There is a proximity card needed to access training room/ sauna. This card was not available and had to be picked up at Southern Resorts office. Arm bands to access pool are in the instruction binder, however this info is not provided by Southern Resorts. Found by accident. Other than initial set backs, This facility is top rate and worth a stay.

We require you check the cards out from our office because we have had cards gone missing in the past. Regarding the pool bands, a welcome message is sent out to all guests upon arrival, including information about the binder. We try and leave the binder in an easy to find location, however I do apologize you were not able to locate the binder upon arrival. Hopefully we will get the chance to see you again in the near future, and thank you for choosing Southern Resorts for your vacation getaway!

We loved the condo. The beds were very comfortable (didn't use the sofa bed) and the view of the gulf was great. Enjoyed laying by the pool when it was warm enough which was an issue during this vacation. The walk to the beach was very manageable and the beach was beautiful. Nice restaurants in the area and some shopping. Really only one big place to take the kids for go-carts, rides and games which was a minus on the cool days or for evening activiies. Not over-run with spring break teen-agers/college age kids.

This rental unit was wonderful. It was beautifully furnished and the view from the deck was beautiful. We had a great time, between the pool and the ocean it was great!
