This is our 3rd stay in this unit. We were there Oct.6-13, 2012. It is very spacious, well appointed and clean. Having the two balconies is wonderful, as you have fantastic views. We had a wonderful week with perfect weather and a perfect place to stay. Southern Resorts was very efficient and we had everything we needed. We look forward to coming again.

Always a great stay for three generations of family. Wonderful views!!! from every angle. My only problem was that this time it was not as clean. A lot of dirt left on floors and ancillary needs like covers and pillows had a stench.

The condo was beautiful. The view from the balcony was awsome. We had 6 adults 3 children and 2 babies we had plenty of room. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was unbarable the floor was much more comfortable. That was the only complaint we had about the room. There is no tupperware so be sure and take aluminum foil or plastic wrap. and for that many people you will need to buy ice. Now for Southern Rental they do not know alot about the places they rent it would be better to rent from the place its self I ask if we had grills and they told me we did by the pool I ask if we had to cross the road with the children they said we did not. Both wre wrong if we had stayed in tyhe other arial Dunes then that would have been correct we were very disappointed in not having grills they did however try making in right if we wanted to drive to a near by hotel and use theres not going to happen.

Nice condo, Nice Location, hard beds! None of the beds were comfortable. Also, not a reflection of the condo, the housekeeping was awful. There was so much dust everywhere, it just felt dirty! The decorations were beautiful and the place was beautiful, I think if I was the owner, I'd have to find new housekeeping because I have never seen so much dust around a t.v. and while you are sitting on the couch, you could see the dust. Also, the furniture in the living room was awfully uncomfortable. If you want to stand, you'd love it there, but anywhere you sit was uncomfortable, so we stayed at the beach most of the time. :-)

We sincerely apologize that upon your arrival the condo felt dirty. As soon as we were made aware that the condo felt unclean, we notified our Housekeeping team to ensure a much deeper clean was completed so our future guests did not feel the same.
We will also be taking a further look into the comfort of the beds and furniture.

We had a wonderful stay at ariel Dunes 2210. The condo was clean and quite spacious. The decor was tastefully done. The larger balcony space was a plus and we spent a lot of time just enjoying the view. Honestly, the photos posted do not do the view from the condo justice. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes from the condo. We did agree with other reviewers that the mattress in the master bedroom was very hard and the spray from the master bath's shower was somewhat harsh. These items did not detract from our stay, but should be noted. Working with Southern Vacation Rentals was seemless. We contacted them a couple of times for directions to the condo and setting up cable in the front tv. Both times they were professional, courteous and helpful.

My family of five plus four extra teenagers very much enjoyed our stay. The facility was excellent and convenient to everything we wanted. The view was great, the beach was great, and the golf was excellent and fairly affordable.

We stayed at the aeriel Dunes II during May 2011. We were pleasantly surprised once we arrived. The decor was so much better than the pictures portrayed. It had a wonderful Tommy Bahama theme and feel to it and was tastefully done. The furniture was very nice and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. The view was also spectacular, and we loved the close proximity to the beach. The 3 bedroom unit worked out perfectly for us - me and my husband in the master, our adult friend in the guest room, our 2 year old in the room with bunks. I especially appreciated the pull out trundle in the bunk bed room - low to the floor without me worring about him falling out of the bed.
The only downsides were: 1) the mattresses were extremely hard, not firm and 2) the shower head spray was harsh, especially for sunburned skin. -

Spent 5 amazing days in this condo. This was our third trip to ariel Dunes and by far this was the best condo we've stayed in. Top notch decor and the views were incredible. Only complaint we had were that the beds were too firm. Great location for shopping,beach and food. Will definitely be coming back to this unit!

This condo is simply amazing. So comfortable that we only left 3 times in 7 days. The view is terrific, it was very clean and stocked nicely. The only thing I can say that disappointed me was that I left my measuring cup at home and there was not one in the condo. haha. We will return if we can get a similar price next year.

We thought this was a great place to stay. The walk to the beach was a little long, but other than that, there were really no complaints among the group of nine ages 25+ that stayed here. The condo was clean, had an amazing view, was nicely furnished, and had all the amenities that you needed. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

what a beautiful,comfortable place for 8 to stay.We really enjoyed the master bed it was the best bed I have ever had away from home. I should have check the brand so I could replace mine at home. The only down side was the tile floors could use a washing and there were no codes for the pool and gym left in the room.They also could have been a list or local map as to where things were around the area.I would return again

I loved it from the moment I stepped in the room. I even extended an extra day. I didnt even want to leave. I will be going back again soon. I highly recommend it. It has everything you need. and the view is Awesome! I was so relaxed the whole time I was there. It was a dream place!!!

We enjoyed this condo for the second year in a row.It is very roomy and has beautiful decor. The views are spectacular from the back and front since it is a corner unit. The only problem we encountered this time was that some of the dishes were put up dirty. But overall, the condo was very clean. We will stay there again.

My stay was great! Several of my girlfriends came into town for the weekend and we had a fabulous time! Between the pool and the beach and nearby restaurants, our weekend was PERFECT! Working with the staff at Southern Resorts was flawless. They made sure that we had everything that we needed for the weekend. I will definitely stay at another Southern Resorts property next year when we do this again!

This was our second visit. We had more fun this year than last year. Great location, fabulous views, wonderful time!

We were more than pleased with the condo that we had at Ariel Dunes II. The condo itself was in excellent shape, very clean, appointed extremely well, stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and laundry area, deck, living and bedroom areas. We hope to be able to stay there again in the near future.
