Our stay at Maravilla was totally relaxing. The unit was fully equipped for our needs, other than groceries of course. Able to walk across the street to the beach in the morning, pool in the afternoon. Truely a beach vacation. Enjoyed the shopping too.

We have rented numerous times and units and Maravilla has become one of our favorite spots. This time was no different. We loved the decor in your condo. So many smart choices with baskets, and places to put "stuff", which allowed for more lounging room. The unit was super clean and super comfortable. Thanks so much!

The condo was very nice. However, there were a few cleaning issues that I had. There were several dirty coffee cups in the cabinet as well as a steak knife that had dried icing on it and placed back in the butcher block. I was disappointed to see that someone did not clean up behind themselves. Other than that, we did not have any other issues. The appliances worked great and everything else appeared to be clean. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family.

The Maravilla suite was great we couldn't complain about much. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the Bed in master room and pull out sofa. The overall appearance of the place was excellent. Everything that you would need was provided inside the suite.

The kitchen is equipped with the best kitchen tools and cookware. This is coming from someone who sells high quality kitchen tools - The Pampered Chef.
The furniture is very nice and the condo just felt like my home away from home. -

My best friend and I took our children (four total). This condo was midway between the pool and the beach. The kids had room to play and unwind after each day and everything we needed was right there. There is a walmart about 7 miles down the road and the only thing we realized we needed was cooking spray as we made several things that we then needed to scrub the pans. Other than that it was wonderful and we plan to make this a yearly stay!!

The condo was in great condition. It was well equipped, clean and spacious. There were 3 of us, 1 adult and 2 teenagers. There was plenty of room so we were not "on top of each other". It is definitely a great value for your money. We would recommend Maravilla and stay here again.

The services that Southern Resorts supplied were excellent. It was my second time using them and there are never any hidden fees or charges. Directions and codes are always supplied to make it as easy as possible.
The condo was clean and comfortable with great beach decor. The location was perfect for many of the popular restaurants and activities.
We enjoyed our easy access to the beach and pool.
The only drawback is that we were unaware that our unit did not have a view of the beach and it would have been helpful to have that information in the condo description.
All in all, we had a great time and were very pleased with the upkeep and look of the condo, the location of the condo and the fee for staying at the condo. The fee was very, very reasonable, especially for mid-summer.

Everything was great about the condo; the price was reasonable and the walk to the beach wasn't that far at all. The water had more jelly fish than I remember in past trips, but there had been storms before we traveled. The condo had everything we wanted or needed and had plenty of space.
