This is a small condo complex across the street from their own beach. It's like renting your own cute beachy apartment and there's lots of space and no hi-rise hassle. The staff are super friendly too. It's great for families. The location is perfect. I highly recommend!

This was our 1st trip to Destin. The town home was very nice and felt like home. We had plenty of space, close to the ocean and right next to the pool. We would recommend this community as well as this unit. We will be back!

This was my families 18th year at gulf winds and love it.
we have had as little as 9 in the group and as many as 60.The Pool is great the beach is great.The golf is great.The total vacation was wonderful.You will fall in love with the Emerald coast. -

Most everything was great. Our first night, my oldest son was in his bed and noticed a large spider crawling up the wall from behind his bed. The spider was a brown recluse and we disposed of it properly and quickly. After the spider was taken care of, we then looked under, behind, in, and beside every bed. That's when we noticed that under and behind the beds were not very clean. With that being said, truthfully, I can't remember when I cleaned under my bed. Also, living in east Texas, spiders are very common. From that point on we had a great time. The condo was centerly located to several places we planned on going to. The pool was nice a never too crowded. The beach access directly across from the units was great too. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a super time in Destin. Staying at Gulf Winds East is the only p[lace we like to stay. We have been coming to this area on and off since we were kids. My parents stayed here first many years ago. The convenient access to everything is one of our biggest benefits to staying with you guys. The condos we selected have been recently updated and fit our needs perfectly. And Marisol, we would not want to deal with anyone else. She is the greatest. When we travel on vacation this is the only place we go. We stayed here in May with our children and grandchildren in May of 2011 and came back in September for the just adults trip. We told them you had to be over 45 to go this trip. We are planning to be back again in May and September during 2012 and look forward to staying in the same place, Gulf Winds East!

condo is centrally located. directly across the street from the beach. condo was clean and looked just like the pictures on the website..very pleased with the stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay at unit #19. We have stayed at Gulf Winds East several times before and have stayed in #19 at least once before. My wife and I have thought about buying a condo at Gulf Winds East. We enjoy it that much, and the seafood and weather was great also.

THE CONDO WAS CLEAN AND VERY NICE WELL EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED CLOSE TO THE BEACH WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND ENJOYED OUR STAY AND AT A GREAT PRICE.

Stayed at Gulf Winds East for my bachlorette party. The place was really nice, very neat and in a great location.
The only problem I had was the service, the people running the place. I found they were rude and not very helpful. If the place found new management, I would certainly stay again!! -

Great location. My family and I had a great time. I think that the condo could of been cleaner. Floors and rug looked worn and dirty. Also walls need painting.
