Seascape 4F is a pet friendly condo sitting on the golf course inside the Seascape Resort. This condo boasts beautiful views of the golf course and a slight view of the Gulf of Mexico. Sit out on the porch swing on the patio and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the outdoors while you enjoy your morning coffee. Seascape is a ground floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This condo can sleep up to 6 people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The golf condo had everything we needed... Nice location and good golf. Weather was a little cool for this time of year but the patio got the afternoon sun warm us up. Nice place to take walks with our little dog. thxs

We stayed 4 nights and 5 day's. We were really pleased with our rental. It was hard to find at first but only because the gate guard gave us the wrong directions, also you will need to make sure you get the Villa's parking pass. I would of liked more towel's for the length if time we stayed. Loved that everything was right on the blvd...really loved the 2 mile Outlet Mall and all the attractions. We had a really great time!

This is our second time to stay at Seascape in Destin, Florida. I love the condo and the location. We could walk about 10 minutes to the beach. Or drive to the locations beach parking area and get there in less than 5. Besides the uncomfortable fold out couch, we loved everything else about the condo. Restaurants in the are so over priced it was much cheaper to go grocery shopping, and cook our own meals at the condo. Also we felt a little cheated with the check in and check which was 5 p.m. for arrival, and 10 a.m. for check out. Most hotels let you stay until 12 p.m. We will be staying there again next summer.

Everything was great! We had plenty of room for everyone. Everything that we needed was there. It was clean and quiet. It was a little further than I thought it would be to walk to the beach. We never walked. We drove.

The villa was nice: and what you'd expect. Kitchen was well furnished and clean, plenty of space for 5 adults with a 4 year old, and within walking distance to the beach. The only drawback was only two rolls of toilet paper, which we gladly restocked. The sofa bed is not the most comfy, but this was a nice break out of the norm for a last minute weekend trip.

Realty agent had no idea which pools guests are entitlted to on the resort, no map was provided. Beware - tennis courts have a fee of $15 per hour and the free golf is not at the Seascape resort. The ad is intentionally missing information or misleading. Watch for cockroaches at night. But overall, a pleasant stay - nice sized unit for a family.

Arrived Sunday mid day and called to check on our reservation and to get some help finding the office. We killed time at the Destin Commons, until it was time to check in at 4pm. We were given precise directions on how to get to the condo and the customer service was excellent the whole time we were there. It was clean, cool and ready to be lived in by our large group when we arrived. My sister, her husband, myself and 4 of our kids stayed in this 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo on the first floor. It was tastefully decorated and had a comfortable home like feeling. My favorite part was the porch swing and the beautiful view of the golf course, as well as seeing the edge of the gulf from our porch. It was quiet and well maintained. Loved it, already planning our trip for next summer. Only bummer was the unseasonably extra hot weather the week we were there. But you cannot control mother nature.
