The view was awesome we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and spacious with a nice patio. I loved everything. The staff could have been a little more informative and nicer but other than that it was great.

Was my son's 16TH Bday and fall break from school. The condo offered just what we needed W/ 2 BR and 2 beds in guest room as son brought buddy.I'VE stayed in aerial dunes II before and the view is great. Golf was great benefit, especially since the addition of emerald bay. Will stay again for sure. Probably yet this year.

After adding a resort fee and cleaning fees you should expect to pay over $200 a night.

We had a wonderful time at the Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach. We stayed in unit 2107, Ariel Dunes II. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. The view was spectacular and the weather was perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and spent a lot of time on the Seascape Golf course. I highly recommend Seascape!!!
