Hernando, MSExtremely nice and very comfortable condo
Left on 06/13/2011 for a stay in May 2011
My family and I loved this condo!! The interior is super nice! It really makes you feel like you are at home. The decorations were lovely - bot all pastel colors and sea shells. Screened in porches, tile floors, great beds, nice bathrooms, plenty of room! Close enough to the beach to walk and the pool is right across the parking lot! Great condo! Will stay there again!!
However, the only bad thing I will say about this condo is it needs more kitchen items like siverware and coffee mugs, plates etc. The kitchen itself is awesome. I am not sure if that is an owner thing or a property thing. It is not awful but you just need to wash dishes everyday if you eat in. If you have lots of people staying there then you may need some plastic forks etc. It just needs some attention so just eat out - you're on vacation! Also, we went when it was really busy at the property and I know the housekeeping people were busy but all of our sheets were on inside out. Ok so big deal. We turned them right side in and had a great time. Will definitely stay here again!! Loved, loved, loved it! -

Home very well kept
Good location to shopping & resturants
Good amenities, however, could use more
utensils. Do to the competition didn't take advantage of some services avaliable, espicallly golf. Allin all a the Boardwalk was great. -

Gainesville, Ga.This condo far exceeded my expectations.
Left on 10/07/2010 for a stay in September 2010
It is absolutely beautiful inside; from the furniture to the accessories. The master bedroom is huge as well as the closet. I loved the many full length mirrors. We were only there for one night so after paying the cleaning fee it was kind of pricey but I would definitely stay there again. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was right in front.

Louisville KyBeautifully renovated condo with pool and beach walking distance

I own another unit in Seascape, and have rented additional units in boardwalk villas when needed, but this unit way exceeded my expectations as far as the renovations they have completed. It is simply stunning! Highly recommended! Ps...the only thing lacking was a skillet.

Brandon, MSWe loved the condo and the location.
Left on 08/02/2010 for a stay in June 2010
The condo was outstanding! Loved the location. The distance to the pool was only a few feet away. The only thing about the condo is that in the master bedroom there is not enough drawer space. Other than that, on our next visit, we plan to stay there.

No Gripes
Owensboro, KYGreat condo if you don't want to cook
Left on 06/23/2010 for a stay in June 2010
We loved the condo except for one thing. The kitchen was poorly equipped. There was very little silverware. Had to constantly handwash to have enough.
And there were virtually no pots and pans. No skillets. Couldn't even make scrambled eggs for breakfast. had to make them in a dutch oven to feed six adults.
We loved the fact that there was a great fridge with a built in water filter. Saved us from hauling lots of bottled water.
into the house.
Loved the condo otherwise. Would rent it again if needed one, but this time bring our own pans. Wish I'd have known that going into it. It's such a gareat kitchen with granite countertops, good appliances; we were surprised to arrive and find no pots and pans to speak of. From looking at the pics of the condo online, one would assume that such a grand kitchen would have sdilverware and pots and pans! We have rented many Seascape condos over the years and have learned to bring kitchen basics like salt and pepper, sugar, olive oil, good knives, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, etc. But we never have had to bring our own pans. Loved everything else about the condo and would rent it again-but would bring our own pans!
Also, the rental agreement stated we would receive the security code to get into the condo upon payment in full two weeks prior to check in. I had to beg the operator for this prior to our departure as she said it was not policy to give it out prior to the day of your arrival which is contradictory to what the rental agreement said. Not good. This needs to be changed. -

My family and friends enjoyed our weekend stay at boardwalk 188. The condo is newly renovated, furnished nicely, and comfortable. My husband and son enjoyed the fact that the lake is right in the back yard and they could go fishing. The beautiful beach was only a short walk away and the swimming pool is located right out front of the unit.Over all, we were very satisfied with our stay and are looking forward to booking the same unit in the future.
