The king size bed had a queen fitted sheet on it, with the bed made up like we would not noticed they had done this.
When I made the reservation, the lady told me I would have beach chairs for each person staying in the condo, well, that's not the case, we only had two. So when I called to question this, the lady was very rude and not helpful at all. She told me the reservation was made on-line, which is not the case, made me feel like I was lying.
Also, I was not aware we would be across the road from the beach.
Last, every evening you could smell a very strong oder in the elevator and halls, smelled like sewage. -

Building is well mainatined & newly updated. The Stay was great & very comfortable. We enjoyed the condo, Bar Restaurant & pool area. Thank you for a wonderful home atmosphere away.

The condo was perfect with the exception that the outdoor furniture had to be wiped down before we could use it. We also had to get a parking permit, which we did not receive at check-in. Otherwise, our stay was very nice.

Exceeded my expectations! Surrounded by restaurants, shopping center, grocery stores, and Wal-Mart is not even 10 minutes away! The layout of this condo is awesome. Each room is beautifully furnished and decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The king-size bed in the master bedroom was a bit too firm but I was able to sleep just fine throughout the nights. Also, the lint filter for the dryer was burnt and needs to be replaced. There was lint flying everywhere after I did some drying. Other than that, we felt right at home. Was able to use the internet on my laptop and there was no charge for WiFi! This condo even comes with a door bell! We are planning to return again next year.

This is a Rip-off. This unit is not part of the seascape resort. It is at an adjacent low rent resort. The room was not clean when we checked in. I am a hotel GM and my staff would be fired if they cleaned like this. Cockroaches appeared in the kitchen while my wife was cooking. You do not have access to all of the recreation despite what their website says, so the $100 resort fee is also a rip-off. You will feel like the red-headed step-child from seascapes standpoint because you are not staying in one of their actual resorts. In fact, the whole staff takes a hands off approach. Buyer beware!!! To the owner of this unit, you need to fire seascape.

The 2 bedroom condo was very nice, great view of the gulf and pools below. Enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool since it was on the cool side. Loved walking across the sky bridge and hanging out on the deck overlooking the amazing beach view. We love Destin any time of the year!
