This unit has a cozy blue green entry. There is brown tile in the entry and kitchen. The living room has maroon and white flower print and a mirrored wall. The dining room has elegant wood back chairs and glass table top. The master bedroom has shell waffle linens with rose and corals and dark pine wood furniture. The second bedroom has white / tan wood and chenille linens. The third bedroom has white / tan wood and denim linens. Ceiling fan on patio.

Edgewater is a great place to stay in Destin. The property was very clean, the beach was great, the unit itself was clean.

I would like to recommend Edgewater Beach to any family that is looking for a comfortable "family friendly" environment. The pools, playground, grill area, and grass area for playing cater to families with young children. The beach crew were very polite and remembered our names and family members each day, and could tell us where our group was located. This particular unit was very spacious and we loved the layout but the furniture was worn down a bit and items were chipped or old. A couple of the small appliances did not work, but the patio furniture was nice and we spent alot of time there. However on the next-to-the-last day the manager stated that a new owner was going to provide a "face-lift" to the unit. Since we choose our unit based on pictures I hope they take good pictures of the updates.

Thought the Condos were very nice just very expensive! I thought booking 4 condos they would wave the wedding fee. Nice condos just very expensive
