Welcome to condo1203, this lovely one bedroom condo is located on the 12th floor. It has tile throughout the condo. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper for 2 additional guest. The living area has a large flat screen television and a DVD player, the bedroom has a flat screen TV with a built-in DVD player. It has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and a full size washer and dryer. There is a safe in the condo to store your valuables. The bathroom has a tub, shower, and a double vanity.

This is our Second time staying in Room 1203 at the
Edgewater Beach Condominium. It is a great One bedroom,
that provides a second bathroom, also has a great view
and balcony.
We loved everything. The things we liked least
are listed below:
TV in Bedroom could be larger.
Shower door in Master bath coming off the track,
and 2nd bath could use more lighting.
Sleeper sofa in living room not very
comfortable.
The location and amenities are perfect.
Enjoy the pool areas, would stay again.

This was our first trip to FL. Other members of my family dad stayed at Edgewater and recommended it to us. We were not disapointed. Our stay was excellent. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Our requests to the management were promptly adressed. We stayed in unit 1203. It could not have been any better. From the comfortable king bed to the beautiful view, it was all good. Our only regret was that we didn't make our stay longer. We look forward to returning.

My husband and I had a great stay in May for a week. It was my husband's first stay. I've been many times over the last 25 years with my family. We like Edgewater because of the location to restaurants, grocery store, and seafood marktet. We also like the pools and beach being a short walk from our unit. All units have a great view which is nice- but slightly distracted by the new complex, Grand Dunes. The only complaint from our last stay was- we originally only booked 5 nights and then decided to stay 2 more. When dealing with the front desk people, it seemed that we were bothering them by asking to extend our stay. It was a very complicated process and my husband and I were both very irritated by it. I truely love Edgewater, but that situation will encourage me to look at other places for our next vacation. It was very bad customer service, especially being that we were only asking to give more money to stay in the unit- that was not going to be rented otherwise.

We enjoyed our condo very much. It was
decorated nice and was quite spacious.
The resort overall was beautiful and
peaceful. Great view of the ocean and enjoyed
the pools. Great location, would recommend
to anyone.

Great resort & accommodations with exceptional balcony, great service at check-in & check-out. No problems were experienced during stay. Beautiful pools & view of beach & gulf.
