Welcome to Terrace Condo 1603, this condo has one of the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo has tile throughout the condo except for the bedrooms. This condo is bright and cheerful with loads of color to lean towards a beach theme. There are flat screen televisions in all 3 bedrooms with built-in DVD players, as well as a DVD player and large flat screen television in the living room. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan for added comfort as well as a safe. The master and second bath both have walk-in showers, and there are hairdryers in all three bathrooms.

Unit is incredibly spacious. The balcony alone is worth the price. Pools were great, poolside bar and beach service were most welcome. The on-site management is a huge plus. Loved, loved, loved staying here. Was our first time, will definitely come back. Convenient to grocery stores, mall, restaurants. Lots of greenspace for little ones to play, yet the resort was incredibly quiet. Jogging/biking/walking path. Just perfect.

The terrace view, and location on the beach, were the best aspects. The terrace was the reason we chose Edgewater. One member of our group has limited mobility, so we wanted a location on the beach where he could enjoy a view of the ocean. The unit met this need very well. For the more active members of our group, the beach location was also excellent.
The unit itself was satisfactory but not great. We didn't have a decent TV in the den for the entire week. That was unfortunate for the person who had to stay inside most of the time. Management did respond to our problems with the TV very promptly but the replacement was of poor quality. The air conditioner was so loud that the person in the twin bedroom got little sleep. The high "bar-stool" type chairs around the table are a little difficult for older people. Some outlets didn't work. I would not choose this particular unit again.
The unloading area near the glass elevators is extremely slippery when it is wet, as it was the night we unloaded. One person in our group took a hard fall in that area as he got out of the car. The rest of us were slipping and sliding too.
Overall: If we ever returned to this area, I would stay at Edgewater Beach again. I would not stay in this particular unit again. -

My family & I stayed in this beautiful condo may 20-25 we loved it. The condo was so comfortable and beautiful in every way. The staff was great, the location and amenities was great,grocery store and places to eat was nearby you can easily walk to them. This unit came with a washer & dryer so it was easy to wash beach towels and swim suites. The only thing I liked least was the drive there 12 hours. We plan to make this our paradise right here in our wonderful USa. Our family plans to make this our annual vacation spot.
