Cream tiled entry and kitchen. Kitchen has dark marble counter tops and new cabinets. Living room has tan wood furniture. Dining room features natural wood table and chairs. Master bedroom decorated with white wood furniture and pale yellow floral linens. Second bedroom has masculine dark wicker. No long term rentals please.

Anytime that you are unhappy with anything about your accomodations, please contact our front desk. We would have sent a cleaning crew to remedy the situation. We hope that you will come back and give us another chance to show you how wonderful and clean our units are as well as our pools, grounds and beach. Room was nice, but just spent time there sleeping and watching the sun on the balconey.
Loved the beach and pool.
The only downside was the heavy balconey doors. They'll be great in a hurricaine, but for everyday use can be tiring. -

We had a great time in Destin. Condo was everything we needed. I really liked having the lower level with a 3 year old granddaughter and having clean clothes to bring home is wonderful!

lucked onto this property as walk-ins. The condos was offering a special of stay 3 nights receive the 4th free (including free beach service). After being shown around the property and checking out a couple of condos with a very friendly, helpful and courteous office personnel we settled on 212. We chose this condo because of the its spectacular view, great access to the beach and we thought the beds would be comfortable. We were not taken with the outdated decor. Everything in this condo needs to be updated with new upholstery, bedspreds, window furnighings,paint (take borders down in bedrooms), decorative item, etc. etc. etc. The outdoor furniture on patio really needs to go (old and rusty). Not everything in condo would need to be replaced just updated with a few changes. We liked the upscale bathrooms and kitchen whcih offered a little extra. Seemed maybe the owners made upscale improvements in these areas and maybe haven't gotten to the rest of the condo yet. With a few improvements this condo would be top notch!
The complex was well groomed and very clean. Found the staff at the front office to be very friendly and helpful (found it useful to have them on the property grounds). We enjoyed the lovely pools and snack bar. The beach service included with our condo was a major plus. We had a wonderful stay and would return to this complex again. -

Edgewater 212 is a great unit. The master bathroom has been updated with a walk-in shower that also has a high shower head (great for taller people). It has everything you need for comfort. The view from the balcony is perfect and it is close walking distance to the beach.

The unit is very comfortable. A great walk in shower. Close to the beach. The staff is superior to help with any problems. A really great place to stay.
