Welcome to condo 214, located on the second floor of the property just a few steps to either the pools or the beach. This condo has tile throughout, except for the bedrooms that have carpet. The master bath has a large walk-in shower with a dual vanity. The guest bath has a spacious roman tub/shower. The condo has 3 flat screen televisions. It has hair dryers in both bathrooms.

the service was great. the amenities are wonderful. the location perfect. being right on the beach and sleeping every night with the door to the balcony open and hearing the the ocean.
this would not keep us from re-renting this unit but, the couch is very uncomfortable to sit on and the living room door to the balcony is very difficult to open. otherwise we thoroughly enjoy this unit from a comfort and location standpoint.

From check in to check out the service at Edgewater was excellent. Everyone was very nice to us.
This condo was beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view of the ocean, pools and condo grounds. It was very well furnished with everything you need. The owners take pride in keeping this condo in excellent condition. They even have board games, puzzles, cards and books for your convenience.
The location of this condo in this resort is excellent because it is very close to the elevator and the walk to the pool and beach area is just a short distance. I have stayed in different condos in this resort but this is by far the best one I have stayed in. I highly recommend renting condo. -

The ocean view was fantastic. The parking and elevator was wonderful for my disabled husband. The condo was beautiful and clean. We were able to swim in the heated outdoor pool even when the weather turned unseasonably cool. The condo's location was ocean front, yet near Destin's restaurants, shopping, and activities. Hope to return next year!
