Welcome to condo 315. This condo has some tropical decor to it, making it a perfect location to spend your vacation. It has tile throughout the condo. Soft sand with palm leaf impression wall treatment. Living room has palm green fabric, a flat screen television. Dining room has palm tree print chairs with glass table top on a wrought iron pedestal. Master bedroom has pale coral, cream and light ivy green palm theme. Safe in closet for guests valuables.

Laural gave us very good service in renting our room ---we have a one bedroom and is very nice and plenty of room---lots to do here and in the area ---golf and shopping---and all the other renters are very friendly

My wife and I have enjoyed the Edgewater Beach Resort on various trips. We very much enjoy Room 0315, (which we have stayed on two different trips), because of the closeness
of the Beach. The room is very clean and comfortable.

We love the location, beach service and friendly staff. The condos all have great views and are very comfortable! We also like the covered parking and easy access to the beach! We will always stay at the edgewater when visiting the Destin area!

My husband and I have stayed at Edgewater Beach several times in the past and have normally been satisfied to elated over the various units we've rented. Number 315 was a disappointment in that it needs a complete overhaul/upgrade, had a very uncomfortable mattress, had issues with the old sliding shower doors (which were fixed immediately), and had mold inside the kitchen cabinets (which was sanded and sprayed immediately). We didn't get that "home away from home" feeling we usually experience. Dishcloths and towels were terribly stained so that, while I know they were clean, they appeared dirty.
The other issue we experienced was at check-in simply because we had no instructions as to what to do when the security guard was away from his station. When we dialed the number posted and said we needed to check in, the gates were opened, but none of us in the group who happened to arrive at the same time knew where to go next. Such instructions for late arrival should be a standard part of the confirmation form and process. We'll most likely come again because we love the location, love Unit 215, now know the late arrival process, and know to avoid Unit 315. Thanks for considering my comments. -

The condo was very nice and comfortable. It did need a little maintenance work which we memtioned to the staff. The beach and beach service were great as was the pools--very clean. We truly love this building and grounds!

We've come to Destin for years, and have stayed at many different Edgewater Condiminiums. We very much liked staying in Unit 315 this year. Other family members were in 3 other units during this time as well.

We had a great time during our stay in Destin. Plenty to see and do close by and the beach lived up to the pictures we had seen on-line. We are definitely considering a return trip in the future.

Just got back from Edgewater Beach and really enjoyed my stay. My family rented a total of 5 units in the Edgewater complex and I will say that our unit #315 had the best location/view. In my opinion the condo had a nice light and airy feeling, very comfortable bed, very comfortable patio set (nicer than most units). I would rent this unit again, but would recommend a few things to the owners that would make this unit the best out of the five units rented for our group.
The units rented for our group were 201,315,403,411 and 413
201-Everything was brand new and top of the line and It had a nice walk out patio
315-Best view, Kitchen was not quite as luxurious as some units but still tastefully done
403-Modern and in my opinion very luxurious and artistic.
411-Needed the most updating, but had a nice view of the grounds and pool, unit felt large
413- Nice and updated with a high end kitchen, loved the rocking chairs on the balcony.
Five High Points for unit 315 ( the unit we choose to stay in)
1. Love the light natural colors and open feeling the mirrors give the unit
2. Loved the wine rack table under the kitchen window
3. Loved the patio set especially the bar height table and chairs
4. Loved the stereo that allowed us to plug in an I pod
5. Loved the location, so close to the beach compared to some units
Comparing to the other units I saw
1. The glassware was of lesser quality in 315 than the other units in our group
2. The pillows on the sofa need to be updated
3. A floor rug in the bathroom would have been nice
4. The other units in our group had granite counter tops and new appliances
5. A new coffee pot would be nice (we are big coffee drinkers)
