Welcome to Condo 407, locate on the 4th floor of the building. This is a larger square footage two bedroom, two bathroom condo. The living room has new furniture, in rich burgundy and tan, it has a sofa sleeper, and a flat screen television. The dining room has a rattan and glass top table, with matching chairs and barstools. The decor in the bedrooms are East Indian, and they have ceiling fans for a more comfortable sleeping environment.The unit has three flat screen televisions, with DVD players.

This was a very roomy unit for my family.Its a great location with stores right across the street. This was our second time staying at Edgewater and this condo is the best unit yet.It's family friendly and very quiet place. Awesome beach and beach service.I hope to rent same unit next year.Our family goes for rest and relaxation and this is the place to be. My daughter and son-in-law loved the gym to work out in.My 2 year old granddaughter enjoyed the kiddie pool.

We have stayed with you for years...It seen
med this year that the grounds were not kept as clean as in the past and our unit needed some updating. Construction was noisy and the dumpster downstairs smelled.It was hard to get a chair by the pool... I don't know maybe we are just needing a change?? Our week was good but not great. Thanks for letting me vent:) -
