Welcome to condo 412 located on the 4th floor of the Edgewater Property. This condo overlooks both pools, and is justs steps away from the beach. It has tile in the kitchen, entry, and the dining area. The living area has a new love seat and sofa, and has a 37 inch flat screen television with a Blu Ray player. Both bedrooms have 32 inch flat screen televisions with DVD players built into them. The large balcony has table and chairs to enjoy dining with a view, also has a ceiling fan for added comfort. There are hairdryers in both bathrooms.

Great checkin and check out service. view from balcony was perfect. the pool was clean and so were the grounds and beach area. Chair assistants were very eager and helpful. The part I liked least was the pool water was warm and the noise of the unit above us was loud at times.

The beach and pool was perfect. Can't get better than this condo. The interior of the condo was just about top notch (bedspreads could be updated but not a big issue). Did have a problem with tv in master bedroom not working properly (wires not connected right) and noise coming from the condo above (sounded like they were dragging chairs across tile floors till two o'clock in the morning one night). The noise occurred frequently throughout the day and night. Other than that, it was a great place to visit and would live there if I could.

We stayed in unit 412 @ the Edgewater the week of 5/5/12 to 5/12/12. The unit was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was the first two days, the refrigerator wasn't keeping our food very cold. We called maintenance and they fixed it right away. The king sized beds were very comfortable. We loved the view from our balcony of the pool and beach. The only complaint we would have is the pool water is way too cold. It would be nice if one of the pools could be heated, especially in the spring.

The condo exceeded our expectations! Our family really enjoyed our stay and it was hard to leave. Everything was clean and the people were very friendly. We would recommend this unit to our friends.
