Beautifully remodeled in 2009. Granite counter tops and stainless appliances in kitchen. Glass top dining room table with wooden base. Brown sofa sleeper and chair in den. Glass top coffee table and end tables. Master bedroom has king bed with burgandy, blue and tan striped comforter. Second bedroom features twin beds with yellow, pink and orange linens. Flat screen tv's in both bedroom as well as in the den.

This condo that we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and wonderfully accomodating. We couldnt have asked for a nicer, or more comfortable place to stay for our vacation. We will definitely be coming back again and we will request to stay in 511

Unit 511 is an excellent unit that has been nicely remodeled and has everything you need for a great vacation. We've probably stayed in a dozen different units and this was one of our favorites. We've always stayed on higher floors but what makes this a plus is it's situated closer to the beach and pool for great views. The property at Edgewater is so well maintained and the pools are always sparkling, thank you to the owners and Edgewater for another great stay.

A friend and I, along with our two 18-mth old daughters, stayed during the "Spring Break” holiday of 2011. We loved that our unit was updated, beautifully decorated, and had all that we needed to "live” there for a week, including the washer/dryer unit. It saved us from having to bring or buy much except for food. We also loved that the balcony with its four foot walls (versus bars) was safe for our girls to play on. What mainly drew us to this complex was the fact that it had a heated pool, it was gated community, on the beach, and family friendly but it more than exceeded our expectations. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful. Very reasonable priced for what you get with your stay. I will be staying here again in the future and recommending it to friends. My only issue was that my Nissan armada didn't fit in the parking garage (which I learned the hard way; tore the luggage rack on the ceiling pipes) and outside parking is very limited. Since we did not go out late because of our toddlers, we could usually find a space but later in the evenings it is harder since they fill up.
