White ceramic tile in the entry, kitchen, dining area, hall way and in both baths. Beige carpet in the den and both bedrooms. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, beige cabinets and green counter tops. Dining room has white wicker glass top table with green and beige leaf print cushions. Den has white wicker furniture with floral/tropical print cushions and white wicker rocker. Both bedrooms feature wicker bed room suits. Master has brown and burgundy comforter and second bedroom has safari theme print comforter.New flat screen in den and bedroom.

This was a perfect vacation. The condo has a beautiful view of the beach. We loved how easy and quick we could walk right down to the beach. And our kids loved the heated pool! The condo was so clean and comfortable. We will definitely go back!

#701 newly remodeled kitchen is nice. Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room area very nice. Balcony was a great place to sit and watch the ocean on the day it rained. Very nice balcony to sit and listen to ocean at night. Elevators at Edgewater are getting run down and some maintenance needs to take place on the premises. Room #701 is great though. The location of Edgewater is ecxcellent. Like the gated security to enter and leave.

We spent 5 nights (3 with family) and 2 alone. The condo had all the amenities of home. So it was nice not to have to bring our own, like other places we have stayed. The only problem with this particular unit was the mirrored closet doors kept coming off the tracks. The condo was nicely decorated, but families with little ones, may want to put Knick knacks on a high shelf. The office staff was very good and willing to help accommodate our needs. We were walk in guests, and pleased to find such a great last minute "home".

We very much enjoyed Edgewater. It surpassed our expectations. Pools and grounds were meticulously clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

This was a perfect condo for our family. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, we had plenty of space for all of us. The condo was updated very nicely and we were comfortable the the entire time we were there. The best part of the condo was the view. Every morning we would wake up and go to the balcony to see dolphins swimming in the ocean. The entire stay was perfect!

We loved our unit. we liked the price somewhat. it was a tad pricey.
This time of year was crowded.
We usually come in oct or May so this was a little bit crowded for us.
I didn't care for the way the chairs were set up on the beach in big "U's". We were so far away from the water in the U. I would have preferred staggered rows.
But we love the Edgewater.
1st trip we've taken without kids in 15 yrs. -

Always a pleasure to visit Edgewater in Destin, Fl. Very relaxing and can't wait to come back each year even during off season. Only complaint is that oversized Suv's or trucks can't fit in the parking deck and outside parking is limited and wish that smaller cars were made to park in garage.
