Unit features off white tile in the entry, kitchen and living room. The living room features a rust colored wrap around sofa and several easy chairs as well as a mirrored wall. The dining room has cream wrought iron chairs and a glass top table. The master bedroom has festive tropical print linens. Second bedroom has a green Asian print head board.

These condos are beautiful inside and mostly updated. Some decorationsi would recommend this stay to everyone. need updated but why spend time in the room when you have such a beautiful beach in front of you. The price is not bad at all during prime months in the summer.

This was our first time to vacation in Florida and it took lots of searching to find the perfect condo! We really enjoyed everything about it!! The unit was clean...plenty of cooking utensils and loved the ice machine! Gorgeous view from the big balcony. The king sized beds were perfect and comfortable! The pools were beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed our stay very much and we will be back!! We had three teenage girls with us and they loved the beach and the pools! They even made some new friends!! Very enjoyable vacation for the entire family!!

We have stayed many places in our lives but this placeis tops on our list. The girls had a ball and said they want to stay there every Spring Break and any other time we can get back. The rate was excellant, the room was clean and well supplied and the staff was unbelievable. Thank you for provinding such a nice home away form home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Edgewater in Unit 709. The room was very clean and the decor was very nice. The grounds were neat and well kept. Our 13 year old son spent a lot of time on the basketball court which he really enjoyed. It was a great stay!

We had a great time and the accomodations were wonderful. Everything was clean and overall in good repair. One of the reasons we chose this unit was that it had 2 King size beds. Another reason was that we couldn't stay an entire week and could rent for the number of days that we could actually stay.
I wish that there had been an ironing board in the unit. There was an iron but ironing on the bed was not optimal. Also the towel rack in the master bath needed repacing. It would fall off easily. The parking garage was not tall enough for my SUV (Tahoe) and the outside parking was marked for vans only. However it was usually filled with Suvs and that was where we parked. Maybe the sign needs to be changed.
The pools were clean and there was a family atmosphere that we appreciated.
We have told our friends about the Edgewater and how much we enjoyed our stay. We are looking forward to returning next year and hope to rent the same unit.
My husband and I are in our late fifties/early sixties and my daughter/son-in-law are in their 30s. -
