Welcome to condo 712. This condo is a three bedroom terrace condo, with three bathrooms. This unit features terra cotta tile throughout. The living room has a cream colored micro fiber sectional. The kitchen has granite countertops and new cabinets. All three bedrooms are light blue for a cool soothing mood. 32 inch plasma tv in master and guest bedroom. Walk in shower in third bathroom.

Left on 09/11/2011 for a stay in January 2011
Our brief stay in #712 was not a good experience; the furniture was dirty, the dishwasher was broke, the washer needed fixed. After voicing our complints to the head house keeper, she did every thing possible to solve the problem The owner at the time was reluctant to replace the furniture stating that he had alredy ordered new, but we found out later that was not true. We then moved to the sithe floor terrace condo and had a wonderful experience
We found that you have excellant staff form the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments. We found all staff to be very accomdating to any needs, were courteous, pleasant and bent over backwards for all of us.
We would have liked a larger workout room, but the one you provide was sufficient.
The location is great, close to all the stores and the amenties were duable.
We fell in love with the terraced condo, but didn't care much for the smaller units mainly no front terrace.
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Edgewater and would have stayed again for the 2012 season, found that the terrace condos not affordable unless shared with another couple. What we really liked was being able to stay from Jan.-March at snowbird rates.
I appreciate the survey and again your staff are great from the Executive Director, and all staff that makes it work so well.
