Description from the manager
The living room and dining room have a mirrored wall. Unit has cream tile throughout except tan carpet in the guest bedroom. The living room has red with yellow pin stripe sofa, two red chairs and a yellow area rug. The dining room has wooden table and chairs with glass table top. The master bedroom has white wood furniture with multi colored flamingo print linens. The guest bedroom is pastel with parrot print linens. There is a safe in the unit.

This is the second year running that we have stayed at Edgewater Beach Condos. We visited both times during Sept which is great for us as it is less busy everywhere you go, but the weather is still great!
Our only comments would be that this particular apartment maybe needs a bit of updating and refreshing.
The staff were very efficient and helpful. The outside areas are very well maintained, and the beach wonderful.
Next year we hope to bring guests with us. We live in Houston and the drive from there is very easy. -

Edgewater is great. We have visited there since it was built. The location is perfect. Having a chair rental included in the rate was convenient. The unit was great, but needs a small sauté pan.

Definately would stay at Edgewater again!! Our condo #810 had really nice beachy decor and no odor of cigarettes,really clean,and great view from the balcony of the aqua waves and white sand. Very cozy !!!
