My family and I frequent Sandestin and our first stay in this house was over Spring Break. We loved it. Great livable space downstairs and huge upstairs where there are 2 queen bedrooms, a den area, and 2 bathroom areas. Great layout for children and guests. Back deck offered view of lake and 18th hole of Raven golf course. Very nice. This location is as good as you can get in Sandestin.

This rental house was great!! Very charming home and well cared for.Accomodated our needs; close to shopping, beaches, entertainment and whatever anyone else wanted to do.
This was our first visit to Destin. Left with many fond memories. A great time was had by all!! -

We have vacationed in the Sandestin area for the last 6 years but this was the first time I've used Have Travel Memories to book the trip. They were exceptionally helpful and professional,the house was immaculate when we arrived, and every ammenity was as promised. It allowed my family to focus on having a great time without being concerned about the details. Dave even provided his personal phone number in the event I hade any issues when we arrived. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them highly. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

This was a great house for our family. We have two small children and they easily adapted to the home like quality of this cottage. We ate lunch/breakfast on the back porch while my husband and son fished right off the back. It was very convenient to the pool. I highly recommend renting the golf cart as a great way to get to the village and the beach.

Our stay here was great! We enjoyed the close proximity to the pool and the golf course. The home was very clean and included all the amenities we needed. As well, I read in another review there was no Hdtv - however - this is incorrect as the TV available during our stay did in fact have HD if you went high enough on the channels. Additionally, the cottage is only a short distance from a spectacular beach. The area itself was quiet and was an a great spot to relax and recharge. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The cottage was beatiful, clean and comfortable thoughout. The cottage was close to all the ameneties. We also found it to be good value which allowed us to maxmize our vacation dollars. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back! Thanks!

The quiet location, surroundings and plan layout are it's best features. Internally there are some issues: a) ceramic tiled kitchen/bathroom countertops wrong surface (tough and impossable to keep clean and are outdated/worn), b) main bedroom mattress too soft, c) Living Room TV should be replaced with HD and the armoir is far too large for the room (overpowers space), e) sofas are uncomfortable. Otherwise we have reserved again for 2012
