Description from the manager
A painted sign hanging on the sky blue walls of the kitchen wishes “peace, love and joy to all that enter here.” There is no doubt that this peaceful Destin cottage will provide a serene home away from home. The décor is a seafarer’s delight with watercolor paintings of light houses and sailboats along with nautical motif nicely arranged. Plus comfortable designer furnishings and a screened in patio surrounded by natural foliage offer guests a true chance to relax. Even the spacious master suite has a few extras in it like a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and a quaint sitting area under a large window in the bedroom.

Baton Rouge, La.A relaxing, comfortable & enjoyable stay.

The resort personnel were friendly and very helpful when or if needed. My cottage was clean and comfortable and quiet. My stay was relaxing and too short! Hidden Dunes always seems to make your stay at the beach one that makes you want to return no matter the weather or water conditions.

Think it would have been even more enjoyable if it hadn't been spring break week for some of the guests. But that was the reason I was there, to be with my grandkids.

We stayed 3 months. The resort is heavily forested shielding out the sun. That requires going a short distance to a pool
Or to the beach for direct sun.
The highway 98 access is heavily traveled and difficult
To enter, coming or going. Hidden Dunes Resort is
well managed and they respond quickly to any needed
services or requests.

Vail, COAlways nice at Hidden Dunes
Left on 11/10/2011 for a stay in September 2011
We always love going to Hidden Dunes. This was the 1st time we used Newman Dailey. Everything was as expected. Nice unit. The beach and the pools are great. Really enjoyed having the "perks" card for beach chairs movie rentals, mini golf etc. The only 2 suggestions are to have the welcome pack in the condo and take look at kitchen utensils. We arrived late and went to the store and ended up getting dish soap and dish detergent which weren't needed because of the welcome pack. Some of the knives and other items were not so great. I know they are rentals but your renters are not the types to trash stuff.
Regardless a great vacation and we will be back. -

Booked through bookit.com and the agent said the condo was a beach front condo, and when we arrived this wasn't so, other than that the beach was wonderful. the condo was nice but it wasn't beach front like prommised.
