A unique feature enjoyed by many guests is the screened in second floor patio. This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

There were 5 adults and 2 children in a place for 8 people so we had plenty of room. The outside porches were wonderful for some private time when needed. The shuttle to the ocean was very prompt but the walk was not difficult at all. The lighting on the proper was good so you felt safe at night. The pool was well maintained and the outdoor grills were easily accessible. Service personnel were very courteous. We would choose this resort again without any reservations.
