This rental home is located in Miramar Beach, approximately 2 minutes from the Sandestin Resort and 5 minutes to the heart of Destin. This stunning beach front home boasts 5,500 square feet of living space and 3 large covered porches in addition. Seaclusion features 9 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms making it one of the largest gulf front rentals in the area. Beautiful location with a wonderful kitchen and great room. Excellent for large families or golf groups. Great views with plenty of parking and beds and bathrooms. The price is substantial but consistent with other properties in the area. Strongly considering coming back in two years.

We had a reunion group of 15 that came in and stayed at this house and every single person loved it. The service from Five Star (especially Jessica) was terrific from the first phone call to the nut bread in the fridge welcoming us. The house is in excellent condition, well decorated, very clean and you couldn't have a better location...right on the beach, with excellent shopping,golf and restaurants close. It has a huge common area (kitchen, living room, dining area) which made it so nice for us all to be able to comfortably socialize and eat together. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this house to others.

The house was spacious and clean. The check-in was smooth and effortless. We really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend the home to other family and friends. Our only complaint was the lack of lighting around the stairs outside. Other than that everything was fine.

It is always easy to be critical, but all in all the Seaclusion is a beautiful house, the beaches and ocean waters beyond compare. The Five Star girls and guy were great to deal with. Oh the negatives; the ladies main complaint, concerned that all the beds weren't as advertised, "queen size", and two rooms had a shared bath. Older women don't sleep close. I would suggest that private beach area signs be placed to the left side: the (200) site camp ground invades the beach area. All in all, a great time; good to be home however were (2) cars on the road at the same time is a traffic jam.

This house was almost perfect for a family vacation consisting of 6 related families (22 people) staying in one house. Clean, great location, plenty of bathrooms, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, pool, on the beach... everything one could want... almost.
The only issue is that they advertise rooms as "queen rooms" which is probably technically correct. However, they are not queen beds. Most seemed like full beds but some are deluxe twins. I know because my brother in law measured his bed and looked up the size online.
Once the owners start advertising the bed size accurately (stating bed size not room size) then I'd rate it higher. At least renters would know what they were getting into. The better solution would be for the owners to actually purchase queen beds. We paid enough to furnish the whole house - take the bite once and have happy renters that want to return. The only reason I would never rent again is strictly the size of the beds.Response from Five Star Beach Properties - 07/21/2012
