I was home for two weeks from afghanistan and had a perfect 4 day weekend at this property. It was my daughter's 14 birthday, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I can honestly say that we will consider this property in the future as it was better than advertised. Great location, gated and secure, plenty of room, across street from the beach.

Our family loved our stay in "Attitude adjustment" ... it is well maintained and equipped with everything you'll need for a great vacation. The Maravilla pool and tennis courts are very nice, and the beach is just steps away. Having the beach set up included is a real plus. Thanks!

My family and i loved the house because everything was clean, the beach was very close and all the facilities were very nice and clean. We had a great time.
There are 2 small issues that we found in the house and there the mattresses were not in good conditions in the Sleeper sofa and twin trundle in the fourth bedroom. -

We have always stayed in Maravilla and most always loved the homes we rented but this house just wasn't for us. The second level is the best area in the home, the master bedroom is beautiful and spacious. The second level porches were used the biggest part of our stay. The 3 floor bed was dirty and trundle was broken. They did bring clean sheets right away but, the garage door opener was broken so we had to manully open and close. No extras like we are used too, chairs for the beach or toys for the kids. The kitchen, although beautiful needs to be more practical with pots, pans, everyday things to cook with and store food in, the whole house needs a deep down cleaning and the trees need to be trimmed down so you can have a better view of the beach from the two back balconies. We did have a wonderful stay though (except the two days of rain) and we will use Southern Resorts again but will stay in a more practical and open floor plan home. This home maybe perfect for you just not our family.

My search for a vacation rental for our grown family and grand kids began in January 2012. This rental was reasonably priced and appeared on the website to be in good condition and close to the beach. It is in good condition. A few maintenance items could be done - but really an outstanding property. Location was great - around the corner and across the street from the beach! The kitchen was perfect for our needs. Target, Publix and Walmart are within 4 miles. It is not in the middle of Destin, and that's a good thing! Southern Vacations Rentals made the process simple. Would stay here again!

Our group of 9 adults stayed at attitude adjustment for one week and everyone absolutely loved it! The house is beautiful and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had brought some extra kitchen utensils along with us, but found the kitchen to be well stocked. We prepared breakfast and lunch everyday at the house and then normally went out to eat for dinner. We did discover that the microwave was not working on the morning of our first day there (Sunday). Maintenance was over within a few hours and then later returned with another microwave that same day. The house is very close to the beach and there is easy beach access available. We had such a great time that we are already starting to plan our trip for next summer! Can't wait to come back!

This is the umpteenth time we have spent spring break in @ the Maravilla in Destin...and we love it! This was our first stay at attitude adjustment and it was awesome! Clean, spacious, comfy beds, close to the pool and beach...we even had a garage! If you don't like stairs it might be a bit of a problem...but it helped us work some of those extra vacation calories! No real ocean view...but it was just steps away, so no big deal! My husband fished from the beach every morning and we played on the beach all day, and went crabbing at night. We ran out of gas for the grill and had a new tank in less than 4 hours!

Spacious, well maintained and decorated home. With three balconies and one patio, everyone had their choice where to enjoy sitting and enjoying the outdoors. The location was great and just a couple minutes walk from the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at attitude adjustment. We had my family which includes my husband and 3 children, my siser in law and her son and my mother and father in law. There was plenty of space for all of us to have our own rooms and to spread out. The view, while not directly across from the beach, was still very nice. It was very easy access to get back and forth to the beach. The only recommendation is that the kitchen needs to be stocked with more pots and pans. We cooked in several times and had a hard time having enough pans to cook everything.

Attitude adjustment was a great house for vacationing at the beach. It was just a few minutes walk to the beach and we could see the beach from the house's balconies. It was also not a far drive to the Destin Commons and other stores. I highly recommend this vacation rental house. No complaints here!
