Nestled amongst magnolias and ferns is this shady cottage at Hidden Dunes. After hot days at the beach – which is only a short tram ride away, unwind in the cozy comfort of this vacation home.
Warm yellow walls, cool tile floors and beach motif create a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy Destin’s wonderful weather by relaxing in the screened in and furnished back patio. This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

Our stay at Hidden Dunes in cottage 160 was fantastic. It was a very nice, family oriented (means everything) place with nothing but the nicest staff around. We had one issue with the air in our cottage. They sent someone right out to clean it in about 30 minutes total time and never had a problem again. We even used the tennis courts on a try out basis and the sweet lady that ran it even brought us a cool drink and invited us to all it had to offer. What a awesome place we will be back.

The best of two worlds in cottage. Close to pool and the tram service was great to get to beach.
Disliked the location of the outdoor grills. Also the umbrella service was disappointing. -

We have been staying in this same condo every Spring for the past eight years. We love the close walk to the beach, the proximity to the pool, and the serenity of the environment. Unfortunately, this past year, the atmosphere in room we always rent was significantly marred by the presence of an unpleasant odor. It seemed to emanate from the kitchen, but numerous attempts to rectify the problem, including flushing treatments down the sink drain and wiping down all the countertops with disinfectant, failed. We spent most of our time outdoors anyway, and the smell bothered my wife much less than it bothered me, but I never got used to it. We may not go back to Hidden Dunes again this year; or, if we do, we certainly won't stay in the same room, even though it has been our second home for so many years. But we sure had a good run there.
