This beautiful , updated, 3200 sq. ft. 5 bed, 5 ½ bath house, which accommodates 18 people, is just 200 steps to the private gated beach access.

The house is located in the Miramar Beach section of Destin just off old Scenic Hwy 98 in an upscale residential neighborhood called Frangista Beach. There are no hotels or high rise condos nearby so the beach is never crowded. But you are only a short walk to shopping, dining, coffee shop, beach rentals etc. The Sil...ver Sands Factory stores are less than a 5 min drive away.

This is the perfect home for your large family or group getaways. It is fully equipped and there is plenty of room inside and outside for you to unwind and fully enjoy your vacation time together. It is also large enough to get some alone time when the need arises. An added bonus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom which can be a luxury when you are on vacation! There is also a second kitchen by the pool which is another bonus!

When you’re not at the beach you can relax by the large private pool on the spacious patio, listening to your favorite music on the outside sound system. There is plenty of seating, tables and sun-beds for everyone to enjoy the outside space. The second fully equipped kitchen is right next to the pool, so you don’t even have to go inside to prepare your cocktails and snacks! Or you can grill out on the gas barbecue which features 4 gas burners and a side burner, for those of you who take your grilling seriously. The pool area also has an outside shower and access to the ½ bath.

Large balcony that spans the front of the house has plenty of comfortable seating for hanging out and enjoying the views of the neighborhood plus a ‘peekaboo’ view of the ocean. This is a great place to take your morning coffee or to catch up on the day’s activities. It is also wired for the sound system. The balcony can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom.

A large, bright, open plan living, dining and kitchen area is the ideal set up for vacationing together. The comfortable sectional couch is perfect for relaxing, reading, watching the large 46" flat screen TV or listening to the surround sound music system. There is also a selection of books and games for your enjoyment, along with wireless Internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare and enjoy your favorite food and drinks with your family and friends. The dining area easily seats 6 with additional seating for 5 at the extended breakfast bar, which opens to the living room.

If Rental falls on or during Memorial Day or 4th of July Holiday, rates increase by $200.00.
